26/05/2024: Amazing food, friendly staff and an unusual cave setting. We had to have a dessert as the other 2 course where gorgeous and we were not disappointed.

22/05/2024: We’re in Soriano for 7 nights and visited Rottezzia on day 2 and returned last night for our second fabulous meal. The food is amazing, the service is friendly, all within a quirky environment eating in caves! We’re already planning to return one more time before we leave, by far the best restaurant we’ve visited on our trip, it really does have it all, great food at a reasonable price and great service. We can’t recommend highly enough 🙂

23/05/2024: Incredible little place discovered by chance! The place, a former convent, is very suggestive and well looked after, very elegant. The dishes are varied and all much appreciated. From tongs to the cooked menu, the choice is wide and refined, and with many offers even for vegetarians. The value for money is excellent, with a wide range of choice that allows everyone to find their needs met. Furthermore, the courtesy and helpfulness shown are truly out of the ordinary, not only in table service. Some friends of ours found themselves in difficulty with the car, as the main road of the town was closed, and not being able to reach the restaurant in any way, the owner offered to reach them to take them on an alternative route! A gesture of thoughtfulness that we will not forget! Thanks so much again for saving our evening!

16/05/2024: An excellent Sunday lunch in a welcoming and charming environment. The staff was friendly and prompt and nothing to say about the food, we liked everything. From the rich and tasty appetizer, to the first courses, to the meat!

13/05/2024: Always a guarantee. Excellent trattoria in the center of the small town. Large and well-kept rooms, wood and stone.... Garden with children's games and porch for an outdoor lunch. Reservations required, especially on weekends. I can say that I have tasted, I won't say everything, but a good part... everything was really excellent, from the first courses to the second courses... grilled meat... oxtail... chicken... Florentine steak... all truly home-grown. Andrea number one.

Location essenziale ma piacevole per le pareti quasi totalmente vetrate che danno l'impressione di pranzare nel bosco. Personale cortese e sufficientemente professionale, piatti abbondanti e ben eseguiti. Consigliato a chi ama la carne, vasta scelta di bistecche. Prezzi nella media

09/03/2024: Bellissimo ristorante in location suggestiva; ottimo il cibo, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi. Una nota speciale al capriolo in agrodolce e ai porcini in gratella, davvero ottimi. Prezzo nella media, in linea con ciò che abbiamo mangiato e con la qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo
