21/05/2024: The best gelato in the whole wide world! Every time my partner and I go for an evening walk, we stop by (and that’s almost every day of the week and mostly just to get some gelato :D). The service is amazing too and they are so friendly and calm! Every time we’re back in Tuscania, I almost sprint to la cremeria del parco. Wonderful place :)

16/05/2024: I took the ice cream, flavours: chocolate tiramisu and Sicilian pistachio (very good). Cost: €3.50 and for what they give you it's an excellent price. Very nice and kind staff. Clean, tidy and welcoming environment

The intimate and friendly service, we forgot we were in a restaurant because we felt at home. 15/05/2024: Pranzo in famiglia, abbiamo preso un antipasto a Base di crostini e formaggio, poi a seguire un piatto di pasta all'amatriciana, forse il migliore mai mangiato. Per finire tiramisù squisito. Porzioni molto abbondanti e gran qualità.

Con un ambiente accogliente che riflette la calda ospitalità italiana, questa trattoria è un must per gli amanti del buon cibo. Quando siamo suoi ospiti ci piace farci guidare da Massimo (il proprietario) in un viaggio tra i sapori, dove ogni piatto racconta una storia di tradizione e innovazione. Il menu offre una varietà di antipasti, primi e secondi che soddisfano sia i palati più tradizionalisti sia quelli alla ricerca di qualcosa di nuovo. La lode va alla carbonara tartufata, con la crema d’uovo vellutata ed il tartufo a sublimarne la perfezione. Il pesce, sempre freschissimo, è cucinato con passione e sapienza. Ogni selezione è preparata con cura e presentata con un tocco di originalità. L’atmosfera da Kiathos è calda e familiare, così come l’accoglienza del personale. Per me è una tappa obbligata per chi desidera immergersi nei sapori autentici della cucina laziale e toscana.

20/05/2024: Bella la vista, il ristorante si trova proprio di fronte alla Torre di Lavello e allo splendido parco che guarda al complesso di San Pietro. Purtroppo era troppo freddo per mangiare all'aperto, ma d'estate lo spettacolo accompagna sicuramente il piacere del palato. il menù presenta una serie di piatti che sono una rivisitazione, per noi un po' troppo spinta, di piatti tradizionali ma abbiamo chiesto alla cameriera se era possibile avere la versione classica e con molta gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno accontentato. Piatti dal sapore buono e delicato con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Su tutti una classica cacio e pepe e le verdure grigliate. Sicuramente da ritornarci

08/05/2024: Questo è il nostro ristorante del cuore, lo frequentiamo da anni, in coppia e con amici. Mai una caduta di gusti o di qualità nei prodotti. Ogni volta troviamo piatti nuovi, sempre ben realizzati, con interessanti accostamenti di sapori. Consigliamo di andarci una sera d'estate per godere il fresco nella piccola terrazza, con la vista della torre e della piazzetta medievale. Ma si sta bene anche d'inverno, nella sala interna, col camino acceso. Ci ritorniamo sempre con molto piacere.

09/05/2024: A pleasant discovery. Very nice place on the outskirts of Tuscania. We had lunch and ate excellent seafood dishes with the icing on the cake given by the plate with shellfish and fried artichokes. Generous portions. Informal but precise service. Fair prices. We will definitely be back

15/04/2024: The food is normal, as are the prices. Service a little slow but justified by the many people present on Saturday evening, girls at the tables fast and snappy. Nice environment.

24/08/2023: The piadina is simply......... perfect, the ingredients are fresh and the piadina cooked just right. Even though it's takeaway only and the wait is only about ten minutes, the place is nice with the menu displayed both outside and inside and the staff is friendly. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

18/05/2024: Trattoria as it once was, with a menu explained verbally and unpretentious service, quite slow and cumbersome. Simple dishes, very good cacio e pepe, also the meatballs, wonderful location in front of the Tuscania park. If you're looking for something old fashioned, this is the place. Very low prices.

02/11/2023: The internal room was nice but very small, the veranda was not pleasant and the bathroom was a disaster, tiny and dirty without any care. On the other hand, the food was very rustic and homemade, good. €30 per person for a starter for two, two first courses, two second courses of meat, two desserts, a quarter of loose wine. Average Slow service, few staff.
