13/05/2024: What can I say... idyllic food, excellent raw materials processed with Michelin star craftsmanship, spectacular presentation for the eyes, wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. In short, all senses were amply satisfied. I've been wanting to go there for a while and my desire hasn't been undermined at all... not even a crumb out of place. Attentive, courteous, present but discreet staff. Absolutely recommended from all points of view. I forgot, excellent wine list. We were two couples and all four of us decided to return for other beautiful evenings. Congratulations to all the staff 🔝.

14/04/2024: We can recommend the restaurant wholeheartedly!! The pizzas were excellent and the food came very quickly. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. We'd love to come back. You can park either right in front of the restaurant or if it is already full there is a larger parking lot a minute's walk away.

The chef's dishes are exceptional in taste and even the eyes are fascinated by them. He is always 100% available to tell you about each course or to have a chat. His wife Laura and all the other staff are so welcoming and friendly. 29/04/2024: Not far from Varese, this spacious restaurant is suitable for both workers and families, with a wide range of options from pizza to typical dishes, from fish to paella upon reservation. We tried the traditional first courses such as tortelloni with speck, radicchio and taleggio fondue and trofie with chestnuts, porcini mushrooms and cheeses, as well as the inevitable Milanese cutlet. All unforgettable also for the aperitif and bitters proposal.

11/12/2023: Quale posto migliore dove andare al mattino se non a La Brasserie di Malnate? Ottimo cappuccino, ottime brioche, personale gentilissimo e amichevole. Anche il settore panetteria è notevole, pane fresco di ottima qualità e pizza eccellente. Entrare a La Brasserie al mattino presto è come passare a trovare un caro parente, un prezioso amico, qualcuno in famiglia... qualcuno insomma che ti rende la giornata migliore. Provare per credere.

25/03/2024: A well-kept place in the style of the inn. We chose the fish of the day which was cleaned and plated for us at the table. We appreciated that at the end of the service the chef came out to the dining room to greet the diners, a habit that unfortunately has been somewhat lost these days.

14/03/2024: Come prima volta non è andata bene Personale gentile e disponibile, locale dignitoso, vasto parcheggio. Ha una sala molto vasta usata come mensa per i lavoratori e una più piccola usata come ristorante. La sala ristorante è sobria ma gradevole . I piatti sono apprezzabili ma con difetti un po' troppo penalizzanti : i sughi a base di pesce delle paste sono scarsi come quantità e la pasta appare appena sufficientemente condita , idem per gli altri primi non di pesce . I fritti sono con una pastella grumosa che assorbe troppo olio e sono eccessivamente unti. Basterebbe veramente poco per migliorare la qualità, ma visto i feedback positivi , credo che la qualità offerta sia adatta al target a cui si rivolge il ristorante. I prezzi sono nella norma .
