25/05/2024: The trattoria par excellence, you will find traditional dishes made following handed down recipes. In a very clean and welcoming environment, where the staff are family, stockfish is one of the key elements of their proposals in an essential but inviting menu. I was intrigued by the cuttlefish salad but I preferred to immerse myself in the symphony of flavors that the stockfish releases. Mezze sleeves with stockfish and stockfish with potatoes. Pasta cooked to perfection, served in a deep dish, to be pampered by the many pieces of fish. Generous portion, the slipper is a must. The wait for the second course isn't long and you still have the taste of the stockfish when it arrives served hot among the potatoes. Without the distraction of pasta I savor its purity. While I peel off pieces, I notice the trails of oil playing between the sauce of the whole tomato which makes the sauce blonde-pink. So wet, I taste the fragrant stockfish, I taste all the ingredients, where none prevails except to enhance the flavor of the accompaniment. Oh yes because here too it is customary to close with the slipper. What about this sublime experience? A return is also a must to taste the other dishes in the kitchen and add a star. A tip: move early to reach your destination, unfortunately parking is a matter of luck but if you ask, the staff will be able to point you to a nearby one.

18/05/2024: Last night I participated in an event organized by the Italian Stockfish Academy in Anconetana. Previously I had often heard about this excellent Trattoria but I had never been able to meet it in person. Fantastic food, absolutely friendly, knowledgeable and super professional staff. The owner Roberta and her son, in the dining room, manage to welcome with polite manners in an authentic and very pleasant contest. To my great pleasure I found Libenzi wines, which I really appreciate, personally knowing the owners and the care they put into producing their wines. Other than Michelin stars, these gentlemen enjoy food that is the result of two generations of culinary experiences based on the best fish caught in the area. 22/05/2024: Simply one of the best all you can eat in the province. Everything was delicious, from the Chinese dishes to the sushi, we really liked everything. All tasty, cooked well, plenty of it, with the right and pleasant textures. And also the very competitive price compared to others in neighboring areas. Service a little rushed and a little abrupt, but nothing to complain about. They also found us a table for 7 people, on a Saturday night, at the last minute, so I can only say thank you. We decided that if we want Japanese and Chinese again in Ancona, we will absolutely come back here!

06/04/2024: Excellent quality cuisine, particularly regarding fish. Comfortable environment, medium speed service. Not cheap to be called a tavern, but the prices are honest considering the quality of the food. Recommended for all gourmets, especially fans of fish dishes.

03/03/2024: This evening I was in this lovely osteria located in the center of Ancona. We took 3 first courses and in particular I took squid ink gnocchi filled with creamed cod and it was a truly high quality dish. We will definitely be back.
