23/05/2024: On Mondays, it's complicated to find a place open for lunch, but by inquiring about the village square, I was sent to this restaurant-bar a little hidden behind the war memorial which gives it its name. The place turned out to be very pleasant, I ate very well there (a mixed grill capable of satisfying the hungriest) and the waitress was very attentive. An excellent address if you pass through Bolotana, and also one of the rare possibilities for lunch in this somewhat deserted region from a catering point of view.
21/05/2024: 10 and praise for everything: location, service and food! Giuseppe the father and Francesco the son, two lovable and professional people! We tasted a very tender slice of local beef with rocket and parmesan and a zero km burger full of sauces and vegetables! The familiar and simple environment means that you make friends with the local people who frequent the place!

21/04/2024: Disappointing experience, apparently friendly owner but we discovered that it was quite the opposite, unpleasant, unpleasant and Jurassic to say the least, certainly very far from the friendliness of a professional hotelier. Highly recommended to cancel.

Pizzeria ristorante sa ziminera

21/02/2024: Locale pulito e con atmosfera come se fossi a casa....non appena arrivato sono stato accolto dal padrone che credo sia anche lo chef il quale non ha esitato ad accendere alcuni pezzi di legna nel camino per fare "Ambient" mossa molto gradita dal sottoscritto....in sala anche un giovane e premuroso cameriere. Ho optato per una grigliata di carne e delle verdure grigliate, prima che mi venisse portato il tutto mi è stato offerta un ottima ricottina con dell'abbamele ( s'abbattu ) deliziosa. La carne da me scelta era tutta buona compreso un pezzo di tenerissimo filetto che non mi ha di certo deluso. Dopo il caffè sono andato via soddisfatto. Locale consigliato. Tornerò certamente al mio prossimo giro da queste parti.
12/02/2024: Tutto assolutamente ottimo 👌 e che dire del personale sempre con il sorriso cosa che apprezzo perché se manca quello manca tutto👌👌👌👌
