31/03/2024: Today Easter we stopped on the recommendation of a friend of ours to eat at Al Maialino. I have never eaten such a good sandwich. The materials were fresh...the porchetta was out of this world. The managers were very friendly...we closed with them with a very cordial dialogue...two really easy-going and very kind people, you can see that for them work is a religion and a love. Thank you...today we had a truly special Easter "lunch". We will definitely be back with our friends on our next trip to Viareggio.

31/03/2024: It literally saved my life and my belly because I came on holiday to Viareggio with my family and nothing.....my husband forgot the bag of food all cooked for Easter on the terrace.......... ........... ... everything was excellent, my goodness, how good and how kind!!!!

06/02/2024: Sono stata in questa gastronomia consigliata da cari amici. La prima cosa che mi ha piacevolmente colpita è stata l’accoglienza professionale e gentile delle titolari. Trovare sempre il sorriso e la competenza non è poi così scontato. La qualità delle preparazioni è davvero eccellente ed apprezzo molto anche la varietà delle proposte. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo a mio parere è ottimo e il locale molto curato e pulito. Infine devo dire che l’attenzione verso il cliente è davvero un valore aggiunto, che fa stare bene.

16/02/2024: Su consiglio di una signora del luogo abbiamo pranzato in questo locale per una veloce pausa pranzo in occasione del Carnevale. Oltre ad essere un bar e pasticceria il locale offre anche il servizio di tavola calda. Siamo rimasti entrambi soddisfatti sia per il servizio che per la qualità e quantità del cibo. I prezzi sono più alti rispetto ad una tavola calda più vicini a quelli di un ristorante ma sicuramente la qualità del cibo è più alta. Squisite le frittelle di riso ripiene alla crema.

17/05/2024: Qualche luce, ma tante ombre! Eravamo in 6, 10 tipi di antipasto di cui 5 nella norma, 2 scarsi e 3 eccellenti; dei 3 primi, gli spaghetti alle vongole fatti con le arselle e non sfumate col vino e senza prezzemolo, nel complesso piuttosto unti; i paccheri con gambero rosso, non pervenuto e gallinella, medi; il riso alla marinara molto al dente, forse troppo, ma sicuramente il migliore dei 3! Vino 4 bottiglie, un prosecco passabile, una ribolla della Venezia Giulia discreta, un pinot grigio siciliano e un vermentino pisano pesanti e modesti, niente secondi! Molto buoni i biscottini e le tortine, tutti fatti in casa con un vin santo da supermarket. Ottimo il caffè, cosa molto rara in Versilia! Costo 45€ a testa! Che sarebbe stato buono se avessimo preso il secondo! E pensare che bisogna prenotare mesi prima!! Nel complesso preferisco altre scelte!

30/03/2024: Particular location although dimly lit, very catchy background music; varied and unexpected menu incipit with a smoke of citrus scents to prepare the palate for the subsequent dishes. Refined presentation of dishes and delicate flavours. The final cheesecake was excellent, definitely worth the meal. A bit of a long wait but worth it.

29/03/2024: One of the best ice cream shops I've tried: it's almost a shame to take multiple flavors because each one should be tried alone in order to better appreciate the flavor. I recommend tasting it with the waffle which is very good. The price is above average but the quality is high.

Henri è una persona speciale,nata per questo lavoro,lui e ill suo staff vi faranno sentire a casa, vi avvolgeranno di coccole e attenzioni,la qualità e la preparazione dei piatti raggiunge livelli paradisiaci. 24/02/2024: Very good restaurant: excellent Menu Surprise, lovingly and creatively put together, a fantastic experience and a great evening. At the end we received an excellent olive oil home, highly recommended restaurant. Henri Prosperi is an excellent host and takes a lot of time for his guests.
