16/05/2024: Slow service: 25 minutes from when we sat down to when they asked us what we wanted to order. But very fresh raw, the food was of a good standard. With the exception of the blue cheese risotto, which was spectacular and for which we complimented the chef. The price/quality ratio is definitely good. We took... Gran plateau of raw meat, Paccheri with tuna ragout, Risotto with blue cheese 👍, Lobsters and their bisque. All accompanied by excellent quality bubbles 👍

06/04/2024: Quiet environment where you can spend a good evening. Excellent Service, Attentive, Prepared and Very Kind Waiters. the dining room manager, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and the wine. What about the food: Oysters of many varieties, stratospheric appetizers, and a killer risotto with monkfish, chestnuts and a celery foam. We will definitely come back to eat there. Highly recommended.

21/03/2024: Guys, the wind takes words away... Food must be eaten, and here every dish is made with passion and love, and you can feel it I assure you... I have been there several times in the last few months, and I have never been disappointed, the welcome is always kind and never invasive, like the service... I don't feel like recommending it because everything is much above the average of the places in the area... With the truffle you always go to the top. Okay, for me it's super promoted👍👍👍

15/03/2024: Family lunch, we ate very well from starter to dessert. Excellent first courses and meat, delicious desserts. The fried artichokes are delicious. The service is attentive and friendly, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

29/03/2024: perfect, everything. There were two of us for dinner, my crepes were spectacular as was the chocolate and citrus flan. And I'm a hard cookie with chocolate, unbearably demanding. Well, it was perfect. Beautiful wine list, from all over Italy, Super Tuscan and bubbles included. We took a bottle of Satin, it arrived at the table already cold. The friendly service; the owner has created an elegant and welcoming environment and an ad hoc staff. the waitress was very good and kind, dedicated: in the area this is not at all a given, unfortunately....We will definitely be back. Really good, good, good. highly recommended!

13/05/2024: This is a beautiful restaurant and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding and we even had the owner chat to us about the origins of the food and how it is sourced locally and seasonally. We had the Fiorentina Steak which was probably the tastiest piece of meat we have ever had, perfect with just a bit of salt that it really didn't need any additions. The side dishes and starters were all delicious too and we were well looked after by the kitchen. My partner is coeliac and the staff were very understanding and helpful with this, the restaurant is accredited by the AIC. (Italian Coeliac Association) We ended our meal with a really good tiramisu and a bowl of strawberries, sugar and lemon, the perfect fresh lift after the meat. This is a steak lovers dream, it is a substantial bit of meat, but with some small sides we weren't left feeling uncomfortably full. A very memorable occasion and a must if you are near Montecatini!

12/05/2024: They moved inside the excibus to Pieve a Nievole, a renovated and welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff, we immediately went there to try the fish cuisine and were very satisfied, average prices and very good and innovative dishes. In addition to the steak and meat tartare, it is also making itself known for the fish 🐟🐟, congratulations to all the staff! 😁😁

25/05/2024: We were on a tour (group of 50) of Italy and stayed in Milan our 1st 2 days. The hotel was nice there, but not nearly as nice and clean as the di Malta. We were on the 5th floor (highly recommend you stay on the 5th) and the views were incredible! We had a walk out balcony too! The bathroom has a full shower (not the typical Italian bathtub with half a shower wall) and was update too! Out of the 3 4 star hotels we stayed at this hotel was the only one with USB plugs by each side of the bed. The meals were great and the espresso machines all worked. 3 in the dining room made it easy to get coffee quickly and not have a long wait. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food available. Also, well withing walking distance of a lot good places to eat! I've stayed at a lot of hotels in America and this is, by far, one of the best I've ever been in. I'd say it's a 4 plus star hotel.

30/03/2024: Strategic and very central location. It directly overlooks the spectacular spa which is unique in the world in terms of beauty, prestige and health. The staff is impeccable in their welcome, kind and highly professional in the sector, an ideal mix for spending a weekend in serenity and relaxation also because it is equipped with a super spa. Excellent cuisine for super refined and non-refined palates, with purely Mediterranean flavors and aromas. We will absolutely go back and highly recommend it.
