03/03/2024: The lady at the counter was really nice and welcoming and the ice cream was so flavourful with the perfect texture. I would recommend the biscuit and cream flavour and I will definetly visit again!

13/03/2024: What a great little wine bar. The wine, meats and cheeses were all top notch. Folks there were super friendly. The ribollita, a traditional Tuscan soup, was hearty and delicious, and my body thanked me for feeding it something besides pizza and pasta. Lighter plates but still plenty to fill you up. Thanks!

24/03/2024: The risotto I stopped by by chance before was very delicious. I visited again. Unfortunately, there was no rice available today, so I couldn't make risotto. Both dishes we received were delicious. I was very satisfied. (Salad is a bit disappointing) My husband also wants to come again.

04/05/2024: The food was very very good and the service even better. We arrived for dinner a little late and without a reservation and they treated us great. For lunch we ordered the tagliatele with ragù and the pici with artichoke sauce. The pasta was made by them and both dishes were 10.

05/05/2024: We actually wanted to go to the (even better rated) restaurant next door. However, it was full, so we found ourselves outside in the Casato because of the interesting menu. The decor is very chic. Cover versions of famous classics are played on tape. The waiters were extremely attentive and immediately implemented all of our requests very professionally. The food (the pici with ragù salsiccia and the tartare with truffles) was excellent, the pasta was one of the best we have had so far in Italy. The tartare was cut into unusually coarse pieces: but to our surprise we enjoyed it very much. The price of the restaurant is also very fair. The coperto at €2.50 is rather high, but with this service it is extremely justified. Otherwise there are actually no criticisms of our visit. A chance stroke of luck that paid off big time. We would come back at any time if we were in Siena again. Otto!
