23/05/2024: We stayed at the “Ansitz am Eck” for 2 weeks. We love this building it is simply enchanting. It has a really great atmosphere. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom is a wonderful size. Everything you need is there. The balcony offers a fantastic view. The Maffei family is a wonderful host family. There is a warm atmosphere in all areas of the entire hotel. You just feel welcome. - Wonderful. !! We always book with half board and enjoy the great service from all the staff every day. The dishes are varied and leave nothing to be desired. The best thing of all is to have dinner in the garden and enjoy the great view. A glass of wine from the local wineries and everything is perfect!! We are absolute South Tyrol fans and look forward to many more wonderful visits. We can fully recommend the Pernhof.

04/04/2024: Chef Arno still surprises with his simply creative dishes in the living room atmosphere of this special place on the town's main square. Best gnocchi with green asparagus and mushrooms, spinach dumplings with blue mold and radicchio, ham refined in Gewürztraminer... In addition, two precious bottles of Gewürztraminer from the experienced hand of sommelier Doris in the parallel tasting, which are also on sale at wine shop prices because this restaurant also offers wines in retail sales. Worth a detour, go there! Unfortunately it's almost always fully booked, but in an emergency you can sit at the counter with two people.

19/05/2024: We only ate here so this review is only for the restaurant not for the hotel. The food is good but needs to be improved in one place or another. The pizza I had was very watery. I've had better pizza in Italy.

16/04/2024: After an eventful day at the Summa wine fair, we found retreat and relaxation in the Pernstich Pancheri family's charming Romani residence in Tramin. This enchanting hotel became our discovery and offered us loving accommodation that we have rarely experienced. The Romani Manor welcomed us with open arms in an atmosphere of history and elegance. The rooms were lovingly decorated with antique furniture and warm colors, which gave a touch of luxury and coziness. Every detail is carefully chosen to make our stay unforgettable. The delicious food in the hotel restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Here the Pernstich Pancheri family treated us to regional specialties and finely tuned menus that deliciously showcased the flavors of South Tyrolean cuisine. Interesting fair wine list. An exceptionally good breakfast also sweetened our day. The surroundings of the Ansitz Romani were just as impressive as the hotel itself. Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Tramin, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the vineyards and the tranquility of nature. Walks through the idyllic vineyards and trips to the surrounding villages allowed us to unwind and gave us the opportunity to explore the region in all its splendor Overall, our stay at the Romani residence was a true gem. With its loving atmosphere, delicious food and beautiful surroundings, it offered us an unforgettable retreat that perfectly rounded off our trip to South Tyrol. We'll be back, promise!

30/03/2024: Traditionally our favorite place to stop in Tramin for many years. Super warm hostesses and every dish is always absolutely brilliant! The menu offers something for everyone, you are always welcome with children! Reservation always necessary!

01/04/2024: Tradition and modernity, experience and innovation, Elena Walch's offer is the reference on the wine route, and the best offer for still wines. The cellar is a pearl in the village and I will visit the castle and the vineyard as soon as the weather allows it.

20/02/2024: Excellent quality wines tasted inside the structure, really beautiful, with excellent service. White wines (reds on the next visit) which highlight great care in the creation of the different products offered by the cellar. Absolutely worth visiting.

29/04/2024: I went to eat yesterday with my partner in this place found by chance on Google which was indicated with interesting ratings. First of all, we had to struggle a bit for parking because it wasn't really close, as the restaurant is in a small, characteristic hamlet but doesn't have parking spaces adjacent to the structure itself. I phoned the property to ask for availability as the outside already seemed quite full of people when I was passing by looking for parking and they confirmed availability for two people. We arrive and see that there are around 30-35 people sitting at the tables, they make us sit down, they make us choose from a menu of typical products, also recommending the dishes of the day and they QUICKLY bring us drinks. From this moment (which was 1.10pm) 66 MINUTES will pass before we can think of having something edible on the table (i.e. at 2.16pm). The food and wine tasted were absolutely up to par, the location was also characteristic and out of the chaos, but such a long service time is absolutely not acceptable; to this we add that, even if they wisely did not make us pay any amount for the bread and cover charge, in the same way there were no bread or breadsticks present to make up for the long wait by munching on something, and since the opening time had passed lunch for about an hour and a half, the pangs of hunger made themselves evident. The price ultimately turned out to be correct, but expectations would have led us to hope that we could be served in a maximum of half an hour, therefore, despite the kindness of the managers I am forced to assign no more than two stars. If they had told me as soon as I arrived , which would have made us wait over an hour, I would definitely have changed restaurants.

Beyond the design and beauty of the structure, we had the opportunity to taste a truly exceptional variety of wines, all seasoned with curious and detailed information on the winery's production provided to us by Miss Alexia. A special thanks goes to the latter, for her extraordinary passion, professionalism and kindness that she transmitted to us all.
