12/05/2024: At the entrance to the village of Vallo di Nera there is this restaurant, right in front of the village car park, with a beautiful view of the valley below. Excellent welcome, menu with typical dishes reworked in a modern way and with top quality ingredients, especially dairy products. The quality/price ratio is definitely fair given the excellent base of ingredients. The menu also includes seasonal and truffle-based dishes. Absolutely try the dessert with ricotta and honey produced by the restaurant owner, truly delicious.
12/05/2024: We went on April 27th with some friends from Florence. In two words: authenticity and panorama!
It is located in Vallo di Nera, a delightful village in the Valnerina. A simple but well-kept place and if you look out from the outside space the view is guaranteed.
We tried different dishes from appetizers to desserts and I must say that they were all pleasant and the raw materials were undoubtedly of good quality. I particularly highlight the first courses (pure truffle sauce without flavourings) and a delicious ricotta dessert with honey produced by them.
We will definitely be back!

25/12/2023: Locale molto accogliente e tutto veramente eccellente. Molto curato nell’arredamento , igiene e pulizia al top !!da ritornarci d’estate per godere lo spazio della veranda affacciata nel verde della nostra Umbria!💖
18/09/2023: Bellissima location, parcheggio disponibile a pochi metri, personale super gentile, i piatti unici nei sapori. Abbiamo optato per questo ristorante dopo aver fatto rafting, infatti è poco distante, inutile dire che siamo rimasti entusiasti della scelta. Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto immersi nella natura e nella prelibatezza dei cibi in piena tranquillità, naturalmente lo consiglio.

Hotel Ristorante Umbria

27/04/2024: We stopped to sleep in this hotel while visiting the nearby villages.
The owner and his daughter were very kind and helpful. We had booked a triple room, very spacious, and a double room, smaller in size but just right considering we only had to sleep. Both rooms were clean, had everything you needed, courtesy kit and convenient sockets for charging cell phones. Excellent breakfast with fresh croissants (delicious) which are served hot and with the possibility of adding jam but also with packaged products.
