Superb homely trattoria. Super friendly, spoke perfect english. Professional, clean, and do the food that they do best. Small menu at lunchtime and superb. The place was full of locals and on a Wednesday lunchtime. My husband asked for their speciality 'panissa', and he got a portion as a group of locals had prebooked the dish! I had the legume soup, so tasty. If we had more room in our stomachs, there was grilled pork chops and also cottechino with fagioli to choose from for the secondi. We ended with a tiramisu, yum, and a dessert speciality of theirs which is pastry with chocolate, pear and amaretti. What a place! On a rainy Spring day they were a ray of sunshine.

I went to the restaurant on Tuesday 5th, the fixed menu offered asparagus risotto but unfortunately it was raw. I know very well that rice in restaurants is served al dente, but that was definitely undercooked and not very tasty. For the second course I opted for cotechino and beans, both good. The place is very simple, a flaw in my opinion is the ban on dogs. In 2024, reading these things is absurd for people like me who are always with their dog inside their bag! It was a good thing that that day I was returning from a medical visit, and obviously alone, otherwise I would have had to leave... in fact, had I read it before entering I wouldn't have even entered... it's a shame to have read it on the way out.

Superlative cuisine! The best panissa in the Vercelli area: four dishes tasted. The family, spontaneous environment keeps the traditions of hospitality high.

La panissa migliore che abbia mai assaggiato. Ambiente casalingo, molto ordinato e pulito. Servizio veloce e attento, bis per ogni portata. Una bagna cauda gustosa e non pesante. Insomma, tutto bene, da tornarci sicuramente.

Locale con cucina casalinga che propone un menù fisso . Antipasti misti piemontesi seguiti dal cavallo di battaglia del locale : la panissa eseguita secondo la tradizione in modo eccellente. Per i veri affamati a seguire propongono il fritto misto piemontese. Servizio attento e cordiale . Assolutamente da provare !
