24/03/2024: The restaurant brings together all the characteristics that a restaurant must have, quality of food, ingredients, service, hospitality and care for the customer, without exaggerating and leading to annoying extremism. Everything is placed in a very beautiful place, the view can also be admired from the toilets, which are particularly clean and with attention to detail. The strong point of the place is its owner, a passionate and very nice professional.

Yes, it's worth it to get up here after an hour and a half drive from Milan and it certainly won't be the last time!
This place is run by a family that has been working with passion and honesty for decades. A family that welcomes you into their home, not in a restaurant, and that guides you to discover sensational dishes, made with fresh and genuine raw materials, all prepared at home. Starting with the bread and all the varieties of fresh pasta they have on the menu.
We spent almost three very pleasant hours at the table enjoying the fabulous dishes, following the suggestions of the host and his wife.
We started with a kindly offered entrée based on their courgette cream.
We then continued with a mixed local appetizer, consisting of salami, capocollo, bacon, sweet and sour vegetables and a fantastic Schitta, I also tasted some fine and delicate fried porcini mushrooms that my partner and her mother took. We were then convinced to continue with the superlative tagliolini with summer truffle (a dish not on the menu) which had been shown to us before lunch by the landlady, very fresh and fragrant and served in abundance!
My partner's father ordered and shared with us an excellent dish of braised ravioli: exceptional!
Finally, I closed with a truly well-done and original tasting of cheeses, coming, among other things, from Calabria, Sicily, the island of Pag and England.
The opinion on the homemade desserts was also unanimously positive.
Lunch was accompanied by an excellent 100% Barbera from the Frecciarossa company, a wine that undergoes a passage in barrels and then completes refinement in steel.
Absolutely fair price given the quality of the preparations.
