Great place for a Sunday lunch, fixed menu.

We would wholly recommend Spino Fiorito following our enjoyable stay for a few days in early March. Our traditional room had a comfortable bed and if you enjoy fine food then you will appreciate Gianfranco's cooking and Davide's service, it was first class. Sunday fixed menu lunch, appetizer with stools (abundant) and excellent quality cured meats. Two first courses of excellent quality and two second courses with side dishes. Sweet coffee and liqueurs. Good house wine and Minali waters. Courteous and timely service. All for 30 euros. Recommended for those who still love genuine food, in a place in the landscapes between Lunigiana and Garfagnana, with an excellent quality-price ratio.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights with breakfast and dinner. Gorgeous room. Lovely location, excellent and plentiful food. Low prices. Very kind manager. 10/10 for everything including the fact that we had 2 dogs and they were well accepted

You eat like God in a wonderful place

Conosco e frequento lo Spino Fiorito da anni, sin dalla sua apertura e questa recensione non può dunque che essere la summa di tutte le volte che sono stato ospite qui. Se penso alla parabola che questo locale ha avuto dal primo giorno ad oggi, vedo la passione che ha trasformato un desiderio in realtà e la dedizione che ha reso lavoro quello che era un sogno. Per far questo, è stato senz’altro necessario comprendere ciò che i turisti cercano in un agriturismo in Lunigiana e quello che i locali chiedono in un ristorante del posto. Questo per dire che ho assaggiato negli anni piatti semplici e piatti elaborati, materia prima ricercata e materia prima del luogo. La sintesi l’ho vista raggiungere in questi ultimi anni con piatti della tradizione preparati con cura e mai scelti con banalità. Oggi stesso ho gustato con vero piacere ravioli con ragù e cappone ripieno con un robusto vino rosso d’accompagnamento. E oggi come ieri è stato speciale pranzare in un luogo tanto bello quanto familiare. Due caratteristiche che andranno sempre a braccetto con lo Spino Fiorito.

Sunday lunch, fixed menu. Appetizer of cold cuts and stools: excellent. Followed by very good ravioli with speck, good pappardelle with sausage. Then braised on fabulous polenta and baked guinea fowl with excellent potatoes. Tart and coffee. Everything OK. Interesting price.

Siamo stati a pranzo il sabato non c'era il menù fisso, abbiamo preso antipasto primo e secondo tutto ottimo! Abbondanti e di qualità eccelsa! Lo stesso i dolci di produzione casalinga. Ci è dispiaciuto leggere di commenti negativi circa il servizio perche noi abbiamo trovato tutto il personale (ambiente familiare) molto disponibile e cordiale. Ritorneremo!

Servizio a dir poco eccellente, cordiali e velocissimi a portare le ordinazioni. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è davvero ottimo e locale, complimenti .
