Sorres - the two sisters - cooking and service Quiet area surrounded by greenery and just 4 km from the sea, ample parking. Fixed menu at €45 starting at 8.30pm consisting of 8 (eight) starters, 2 first courses, second course (porceddu), dessert, water and wine, bitters and coffee, almost a gift! Fast and competent service with explanation of each course. You can immediately perceive the freshness of the ingredients. A true full immersion of typical Sardinian recipes, a highly respectable and representative gastronomic range. I particularly appreciated the jugged sheep, a dish that I rarely receive in other farmhouses. But it was all very good, in fact too good and this is « the only negative side » that you no longer know what to give up to get to the dessert « unscathed » 😋 very good, keep going!
