After years I managed to have dinner again at the Prati, what can I say, the best pizza of the last 10 years, and I'm not exaggerating, even though I wasn't feeling well due to back pain they were quick, polite and excellent pizza, a well-kept, tidy and clean environment . Congratulations, I hope to be able to return without problems and also enjoy the cuisine.

I ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, two stretched and one normal, one vegetarian without mozzarella with the addition of anchovies, one only stracchino and cooked and one four cheeses with tomato, free foccacia, spent 36 euros for the whole thing, delicious pizzas!!☺️

Excellent choice of raw materials good presentation of the dishes good service clashes with overhead projector with the menu. I found the quality of the pizza dough and the leavening to be much worse, as well as the quality of the ingredients It's gotten worse, a real shame

I had lunch on Saturday in this place, generous portions and good quality, I had a good time. I chose the seafood risotto (very good) which was served on a particular and thick plate which kept the preparation warm until the last forkful. For the second course I chose a tartare with porcini mushrooms and parmesan flakes, a tasty and quality dish but the hot sautéed mushrooms placed on the tartare slightly cooked and warmed the meat underneath. I prefer the tartare cold or at room temperature, personal opinion obviously, For dessert I chose a lemon sorbet because I was really full. Followed by coffee and bill proportional to how much I was served. Kind and professional staff, intriguing and varied menu that offers a wide choice both as a pizzeria and as a restaurant. I will definitely return to try some other dishes because the place deserves it :-)

Di questo ristorante ricordavo le pizze tutte buonissime da accontentare palati esigenti. Oggi abbiamo optato per la cucina: tutto squisito e io so di essere critica perché cucino molto bene e amo la genuinità casalinga. Siamo usciti soddisfatti. Anche il prezzo non esagerato. Ci ritorneremo a gustare altri piatti del vasto menù.
