Warm and passionate welcome: Marco, Mr. Ferruccio's talented son, welcomed us with great cordiality and guided us on a complete tour of the cellar, passionately illustrating the history of the Sgubin family and the company's production philosophy. Excellent tasting: We had the privilege of tasting 5 fine wines, accompanied by a selection of platters of typical Friulian products. The quality of the wines, the result of skilful processing and a deep respect for the territory, won us over at the first sip. Accurate and engaging explanations: Marco accompanied us through the tasting with accurate and engaging explanations, transmitting to us his passion for wine and his profound knowledge of the area. His expertise and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Perfect pairing between wine and food: The platters of typical Friulian products, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, paired perfectly with the wines tasted, enhancing the flavors of both. A company not to be missed: The Ferruccio Sgubin farm is a true wine jewel of Friuli. We stay for three days at this Location. Absolutely lovely Restaurant, where the stuff with high motivation serve the dishes. The taste is perfect with an additional fantastic Glas of wine. In Red or white. During the Dinner time flies and a never Ending evening will start. My favorites are the Desserts, Breakfast is also prepared individuell. So high recommended.

Clean and family environment! Very courteous staff. The decor could be revised but on the other hand we ate well.

Siamo stati ospiti, questo è il temine corretto, di Nadia, splendida anfitrione del Cjant del Rusignul. Prima dei cibi, per i quali parlano meglio le foto che allego, voglio evidenziare l'ospitalità, la cortesia, l'amabilità dei gestori: semplicemente splendidi. Il cibo poi ci ha deliziato come non ricordavo da tempo. Io e i miei commensali siamo stati veramente strabiliati dalla qualità, dall'impiattamento e dal servizio nel suo complesso: la saletta del caminetto una delizia che mi riporta indietro nel tempo e mi sorprende sempre. Vogliamo poi parlare del vino, rigorosamente di produzione propria (Ferruccio Sgubin): Ribolla superiore, Schioppettino, Soare e la sorprendente bollicina Elenoire. Bravi dopo tanti anni non tradite mai. Chiunque si trova sul Collio e non passa dal Cjant del Rusignul perderà sicuramente una preziosa occasione di innamorarsi del Friuli. Grazie Nadia.

Spent New Year 2023. Had a good time, good food, good music, good service. The choice of not filling the room beyond what is permitted was excellent, as it gave the possibility of moving around in complete freedom and did not cause any inconveniences. Compliments. If I find myself in the area I will definitely stop for lunch or dinner.

Festa di laurea in compagnia di amici molto ben riuscita, grazie all’ambiente accogliente, gentilezza del personale e non per ultimo la squisitezza delle pietanze. Dall’ antipasto al dolce, un’armonia di sapori eccezionale, così come eccezionale la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. Ritornerò di certo!

Posto incantevole nelle valli friulane. Merita andarci per la splendida cucina e per i vini eccezionali che il figlio del proprietario sapientemente illustra.
