Pizza with well-leavened and tasty dough, refined combinations and good raw materials. We waited too long, even though there were few people and one child of the 6 present was served after a long time. It was worth the wait because we were in good company and the pizza was good, but the speed of preparation definitely needs to be reviewed. I can't imagine how long you have to wait in the summer with the place full.

Sublime experience...excellent dough with high and well-budded edges, rich in seasoning with high quality products.

Ottima pizzeria. Pizze eccezionalmente leggere e digeribili. Abbiamo provato la loro degustazione con 5 tipi di pizza salata ed una dolce. Esperienza davvero notevole. Pizze preparate con cura e grande attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime. Tutte diverse con vari tipi di impasto e di cottura. Assolutamente da rifare. Personale gentilissimo ed attento. Consigliatissimo.

Given that I had already been to eat an excellent plated pizza, this time I wanted to venture into tasting it.
The evening began with a reservation for six people, with a complete tasting for five diners, consisting of five savory courses and a sweet option, all accompanied by the different food preferences of the diners and by the sixth person who favored an excellent pizza on the plate.
What made this experience noteworthy was the impeccable management of the service, characterized by meticulous attention to the dietary needs of our group. The tasting went through a surprising taste journey, with state-of-the-art regenerated doughs and refined toppings that tickled the palate in unexpected ways. The real protagonists of the evening were the doughs, worked with skill and presented in various shapes. Among the refined toppings, creations such as cherry jam and truffle cream stand out, both of their own production, expertly combined with other ingredients in two distinct courses, elevating each bite to a unique gastronomic experience.
In the province, where pizza excellence can be a rarity, this pizzeria has stood out as a hidden gem. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients have contributed to creating one of the best gastronomic experiences in the world of pizza in the area. I was lucky enough to have dinner at this place. We opted for the pizza tasting, consisting of 5 courses and dessert for 25 euros. I admit that initially the price seemed excessive to me but I had to change my mind. The service was perfect and attentive to our every need. I don't even try to describe the dishes, it's simply reductive to call it pizza, it's a culinary experience worth living. The price paid was in line with the quality and quantity of food served. The photo inserted is of the only à la carte pizza we had yesterday and of two courses of the tasting.

Locale molto bello, fa vari tipi di pizza.. ho preso una classica, ben cotta, tipica pizza napoletana, ingredienti ottimi..sugo fatto con pomodori di queste parti perciò sul dolciastro, complimenti, perché sia il pizzaiolo che la cassiera dono una coppia giovane e belli...beata gioventù... bravi
