Tuscan is always a guarantee. High quality meat described and cooked with great skill by Mr. Cristiano. Even the cuisine is no different, from appetizers to desserts which beautifully complete any lunch or dinner. Great guys keep it up. Super recommended!

Spectacular meat. Delicious dessert with caramel and salt. Staff and chef very helpful and friendly! Compliments. Honestly, I struggle to understand why there are some negative reviews. I have never eaten such good meat in Trieste. We will be back! 😊

Choice of meats not exaggerated but notable also of foreign origin. I tried the Chianina and it was fantastic. Cooked as the chef decides, don't ask for well done. You wouldn't be considered. The Cinta Senese appetizer was very tasty and the tasting was completed by an excellent Tuscan red. For me 10 and praise.

Costate bistecche fiirentine tomahowk alla griglia di legna, tagli di carni pregiate marezzate e frollate al punto giusto, vari altri piatti della cucina tipica toscana, buona carta dei vini

Siamo tornati dopo un paio di anni, carne ottima, materia prima di alta qualità. Buona lista vini. Merita lasciare un posticino x il dolce.

È stata una prova ...e direi che è riuscita molto bene! 95€ una bistecca di 1.050kg però anche se il prezzo abbastanza alto,li valeva tutti! Naturalmente non si può fare ogni settimana... però a parte questo tutto davvero buono e frasco, inizio con l'assaggio di una tartara di chianina (wow😋) che sapore...poi guanciale e lardo pancetta su crostini...in fine divido con mio marito una bistecca di blackAngus davvero buona! Da figlia di macellaio doc posso dire di aver mangiato davvero bene e la carne era cotta alla perfezione,il locale molto accogliente e il cameriere di una gentilezza unica! 155€ ma spesi alla grande 💪 ...

05/04/2024: Gone for a retirement. Ate some good fried foods and cured meats. Unfortunately nothing else... Place inside small and dated, but clean. I will be back to try the cuisine.

Trattoria al Collio

28/02/2024: Absolutely highly recommended restaurant. Today I was in a hurry and not being able to prepare dinner I thought I'd get some fried calamari to take away.. Truly exceptional, crunchy, tasty, plentiful.. Believe me... These calamari were amazing.. Plus there were also two nice slices of polenta. Super fresh fish.. and very quick preparation to take them home.. Plus they were made on the spot.. No small feat. A compliment to all the staff. If you come to Trieste you absolutely must make a stop.
29/01/2024: Returning from Slovenia I entered Trieste and right in the center (in front there is the aquarium with parking) there is this very simple trattoria. The homemade tagliolini are spectacular; not to mention the battered scampi tails where the batter was simply sublime! With wine, water and coffee I spent €28.
