07/04/2024: My husband and I had lunch at "Il Paiolo" on Monday 1st April, Easter Monday. Personally, I really like the type of place, for the atmosphere, the type of very lived-in environment and the furnishings. I found it warm and welcoming. It was very crowded for the party, but despite this the service was precise, timely and the staff very kind. As is our habit, accompanied by a glass of excellent Nebbiolo, we wanted to take the local specialty, the Vercellese risotto, called "Panissa" and we loved it. Thanks for the nice experience.

09/03/2024: First of all, courtesy and hospitality, then excellent proposals linked to the territory. Excellent lunch and wine, homemade dessert but nothing to send to a good bottle. The panissa to try… I will definitely be back… Raffaele
