Excellent hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was large. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast in the morning was a nice buffet. You could request a cappuccino or other coffee drinks.

They really deserve a review for the hospitality and comfort of the rooms, the hotel is located in a very central and convenient area for getting around the city on foot. The staff were super friendly, smiling and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was also excellent. Thanks and see you next time

Amazing quirky hotel beautiful rooms and fabulous breakfast choices hospitality is excellent. We loved the vintage breakfast crockery made it that bit more special 🤩💕

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Lucca. Top location, very comfortable beds, delicious and plentiful breakfast, very friendly reception staff. I recommend booking parking with the hotel.

I stayed one night for work. Excellent location, also with respect to the walls and the amphitheater square, very courteous staff, large and functional hydromassage tub and shower, excellent breakfast in terms of variety and quality. Maybe 5/5 generous but due.

Ottima esperienza di pernottamento con camere antiche, arredate con gusto shabby chic . Posizione centralissima. Colazione abbondante e buonissima con ingredienti naturali.

28/03/2024: Very friendly staff, small but very nice atmosphere, a wedding favor, excellent ice cream, cakes are worth trying.
17/03/2024: Delicious! The gelato here is really nice and we've visited a few times now. The only problem with it is that you leave wanting more of the delicious flavours! Which means that you go home with an extra container of gelato, trying not to eat it on the way home! Portion sizes are good, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommended, and make sure you try the crema di limone. Update (07/2023): unfortunately the last time we visited the portion sizes were a lot smaller than before and there wasn't such a large selection available.

Il Maialino

31/03/2024: Today Easter we stopped on the recommendation of a friend of ours to eat at Al Maialino. I have never eaten such a good sandwich. The materials were fresh...the porchetta was out of this world. The managers were very friendly...we closed with them with a very cordial dialogue...two really easy-going and very kind people, you can see that for them work is a religion and a love. Thank you...today we had a truly special Easter "lunch". We will definitely be back with our friends on our next trip to Viareggio.
28/03/2024: One of the best lampredotto sandwiches I've eaten after the one I ate in Florence 🍔🍔🤤🤤🍺🍺
