We always make it a point to go to Angelo Sabatelli's restaurant when we are in Puglia--so far we've dined here 6 years in a row and plan to come every year for as long as possible. The chef's creativity and technical expertise are second to none, and the flavors are always spot on. The presentations are exquisite, clean and balanced and enticing. His wife Laura is the consummate professional in the dining room, overseeing flawless service and ensuring clients a comfortable, memorable experience. NOT TO BE MISSED!!
