Antica Cucina 1983 In Barletta

Came this evening for the first time in this restaurant, a setting with ancient historical structures, very elegant and nice staff with excellent service in the center of Barletta, not intending to have an important dinner but a dinner light, brought as an opening pureed with broad beans and fennel. Then ordered 2 important appetizers an octopus with potatoes with a formidable cooking, very fresh and excellent. Then some very fresh prawns, orange, fennel and chilli pepper from the very tasty menu and tasty to mix with the sauce. Finally some pineapple as a digestive. A compliment to the person at the checkout Mr. Lello very kind and hospitable to customers. I had dinner in this very quiet and serene place and I was pleased to dine and taste some very good and tasty dishes with excellent cooking and quality of the fish.⁹ Excellent national and foreign wine cellar. Very fair price Highly recommended, I will return to taste more of your dishes in this elegant setting.

La prima impressione positiva è l'accoglienza, familiare, genuina che ti fa sentire a tuo agio in uno scrigno di eleganza, pulizia e comodità.  La seconda è la qualità dell'offerta, sia del menù alla carta che quello degustazione, dove si possono assaporare prelibatezze come: ostrica gratinata, parmigiana di zucca,polpo di scoglio, spaghetti con bottarga e vongole, una perfetta frittura, paranza spinata e croccante, l'immancabile sorbetto qui rivisitato con chicchi di melograno e vincotto, tris di formaggi e per finire un fantastico tiramisù al rum, e caffè. Nel menù alla carta 10 e Lode ai frutti di mare gratinati, le  mezze ruote e battuto di pesce e ad filetto di branzino spinato. Tutti dall'impiattamento curato in ogni particolare e cotti alla perfezione.

Già dall'ingresso sei accolto dall'eleganza e dall'atmosfera del locale; quello che si evidenzia sin dagli antipasti è l'utilizzo esclusivo di materie prime freschissime che combinate sapientemente rendono ogni piatto tradizionalmente moderno. I crudi, i primi, mai banali; frittura leggerissima fino a farti dubitar che lo sia. Sorbetto sublime, delizie per il palato i dolci. Il tutto con vini consigliati dal titolare Lello e che hanno centrato perfettamente l'abbinamento al piatto. Spesso cerchiamo lontano quello che abbiamo la fortuna di avere a portata di mano nella nostra bistrattata Barletta. Complimenti a tutti, alla prossima
