Love for local products treated with care and skill to make you appreciate all their flavor and enhance it. Unique, true and genuine experience. I can only highly recommend it. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent location. Practically everything perfect.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Caprarola. Spectacular grilled meat and fabulous first courses, young staff and excellent wine list. Delicious desserts, with typical ingredients of the area such as chestnuts and hazelnuts. Highly recommended!!!

Easter lunch in CAPRAROLA at the ancient trattoria of. Characteristic trattoria in the village with a panoramic view. Good food, especially excellent meat. The wine list is also excellent. I chose a delicious Nebbiolo, kind and professional service, worth a meal

Il Migliore in zona, Locale molto carino e confortevole, Alessandro un ottimo padrone di casa che ti accompagna in maniera istrionica ma super professionale alle migliori scelte Abbiamo degustato 2 primi piatti della tradizione assolutamente gustosi Poi Carne alla Brace come non ci fosse un domani veramente buonissima Ottima anche la scelta dei vini Rapporto qualità prezzo eccelso

Locale accogliente nel cuore di Caprarola. Veranda con vista sulla campagna con tavoli pieni di luce. Ingredienti di prima qualità sapientemente cucinati. Porzioni abbondanti e ben presentate. Ottimi primi con funghi e cinghiale. Per i secondi ci tornerò per gustarli al meglio. Conto onesto. Insomma andateci!

24/03/2024: Lovely venue, friendly and detail-oriented staff. Excellent food, interesting and truly tasty proposals. The truly delicious starters, excellent stuffed guinea fowl and Cinta Senese fillet, sublime tiramisu and millefeuille. We will return to try other dishes on the menu :)

01/03/2024: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room. I'm writing this review after going there twice in the space of 15 days: the first time I appreciated how they cook the fish, fantastic spaghetti with seafood and a truly special fry; the second time some paccheri carbonara with a touch of truffle and perfectly cooked wild boar meat. Generous portions accompanied by excellent wine and a good side dish. The waiter, kind and attentive, offered us a plate of samplers of pancakes and cured meats to wait for the first course and at the end a nice plate of typical desserts to accompany the coffee. The price of the menu, which varied from week to week, was still 18 euros(!) and honestly, in terms of the quality of the food and the service, it was EXTREMELY honest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I return in December, I leave carte blanche to the chef: amazing polenta, exceptional wild boar and Argentinian meat, a liquorice tiramisu that leaves you breathless... I'm sorry I can't leave more than five stars. And the prices are always small restaurant prices. I adore.
