Historic trattoria..you eat well..excellent raw materials...beautiful and also good dishes..better to book also for weekly lunches.. The place is well kept..the staff is friendly and prepared..

Conosciuto casualmente nel 2022.Ci sono tornato la scorsa estate mentre ero di passaggio. Ci sono tornato oggi con tutta calma. Cucina tradizionale lombardo - emiliana preparata con finezza. Veramente ottima. E grande capacità del titolare nel fare il suo lavoro nonché dei suoi collaboratori. A mio parere uno dei ristoranti con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo che ricordi.

Servizio attento estremamente disponibile. Controllo stringente e assai cordiale del proprietario. Sei al centro di ogni possibile attenzione: mai trovato una accoglienza simile in sessant'anni di frequentazioni. CUCINA: tradizione con cura maniacale ( nel senso buono) della ricerca della qualità e del meglio. Chef di lungo corso, come sempre c'è sempre da imparare ma lui ne conosce assai di suo. UN CASO UNICO E PREGEVOLE DI GOLOSITA' E GODIBILITA' NELLA RISTORAZIONE. Ci vorrebbero due stomaci per assaggiare tutto...lo merita. Alcune foto, abbiamo saltato i secondi e il dolce per "incapienza".

17/03/2024: This evening we went to have dinner at this restaurant where the specialty is goose. High quality food, normal prices, friendly service and good choice of wines with advice directly from the Somelier in the room. Among the various courses we tasted both the goose appetizer which was exquisite, and the boiled meat with various sauces which was awarded by Alessandro Borghese. The restaurant is in the province of Cremona on the border with Brescia and in addition to eating and drinking well there is the possibility of purchasing the products made by them on site and therefore I couldn't resist buying their excellent giardiniera. I highly recommend this restaurant.
13/02/2024: Really good food, attentive and professional service, wide choice of wines. The boiled meats with sauces are delicious. Not to mention the goose cured meats and goose-based dishes, worth trying!
