Antiche Volte In Fossano

I ate in the lounge bar at midday and the atmosphere has nothing to envy of the ancient vaults of the traditional restaurant. Superlative cuisine with traditional local dishes revisited with class and taste. High quality raw materials are evident. Friendly and welcoming staff. A small detail... the parmesan for the first courses should be left at the table... if you want more you have to ask.

Fabulous restaurant. The room, the service, the quality of the food, everything was fantastic... so much so that we went there both evenings at the Palazzo Righini. Strongly recommended !

The best restaurant in Fossano. Very elegant place, kind and professional staff, Piedmontese cuisine but revisited with care. Tasty and well presented dishes. Excellent ravioli Plin with fondue and truffle. The gnocchi and the "capunet" were good. The dessert could be improved. The “Bicerin” was a little heavy. Good wine list. Price quite high but adequate for the level of the place

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Piatti della tradizione ma anche innovazione . Personale di sala professionale e attento. Location incantevole. Un ringraziamento particolare alla cucina che ha preparato un “pranzo al sacco” per il giorno successivo per nostra figlia.

Per noi è stata la prima volta in questo tranquillo e ben organizzato e arredato ristorante. Dopo la visita al Castello di Fossano, un giro per il centro storico medievale, abbiamo pranzato alla Trattoria Antiche Volte. L'ambiente è ben curato, tranquillo e rilassante. Il personale è molto cordiale, competente e accogliente, ponendo attenzione alle richieste del cliente, a farci da guida sulla scelta dei piatti. Abbiamo scelto un menù, da noi composto, completo dall'antipasto al dolce. È stato un viaggio nel gusto, nei sapori e materie prime di prima qualità. Ogni piatto è ben curato, sapientemente cucinato. I gusti sono ben miscelati e il palato accoglie separatamente tutti i gusti e sapidità dell'insieme. Ottima la lista dei vini che spazia dai bianchi e rossi del nostro paese fino alla scelta di vini oltralpe. Le bollicine sono presenti in varie scelte. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
