04/02/2024: Good food, presented with care and attention to detail. Good choice of menu and wine list. My risotto and starters were really good. The staff were courteous and attentive, even though I personally don't really like the maitres who, at every single course, ask you for your opinion on what you have just finished on your plate. In my opinion, if there is no evidence of anything abnormal, it is sufficient to ask for feedback at the end of the meal or before asking for dessert and coffee. Only two flaws in the evening spent there, which however do not affect the positive opinion: the fireplace at the end of the meal started to throw smoke and soot into the room, leaving the typical smell on our clothes; the cacio e pepe with prawns should have been more al dente and was made only of parmesan: in my opinion some hints of pecorino should have been perceived
