We went to Ardecuore last Sunday for lunch. Nice environment, a mix of modern with ancient, which makes you feel welcomed. Excellent service, attentive and jovial. The quality of the food is truly remarkable, passion and expertise are evident in every dish. Well assorted wine list. Congratulations, keep it up!

Excellent food! we had read the reviews and they had already intrigued us and we only had a pleasant confirmation. Fantastic staff, prepared, attentive and friendly. With open kitchen and menu with special dishes with traditional flavors but with a touch of modernity. We recommend entertaining ardcuore and chopped beef and capers with Maldon salt.

02/04/2024: Definitely the best place to stay on our trip to Apulia.
05/01/2024: My family loved everything about your beautiful haven! Staff were welcoming and responsive; the grounds are gorgeous; and the food was wonderful. Unfortunately, as my daughter and I were sick for much of our stay, we couldn't fully appreciate all your wonderful Masseria offered. So, we'll just have to come again!

13/03/2024: Excellent dinner among colleagues, there were 10 of us, excellent starter, all fresh, good first course, high quality, second course from a starred restaurant, what can I say excellent in everything PS, Davide paid for everything and he is a gentleman...
22/02/2024: A special place, where you eat very well and the welcome is super. The service is quick, the staff is very trained and professional. The room is not very large and hosts a few tables, but they are well organised; there is an air of home. I recommend the starters which are excellent, refined and well executed. The wines are also good. I will definitely return.
