Ristorante storico du Prato, la cucina eccezionale! Tanto nominato da mia carissima amica sedano ripieno, finalmente ho avuto la possibilità di gustarlo! Veramente ottimo! Personale gentilissimo e complimenti!

I still have some doubts. In the center of Prato, in beautiful rooms with barrel vaults, with refined tablecloths, the service girls are good and kind, the prices are in line with the environment... I took tortelli baghino (good but two...), pappardelle all duck (pasta too thin and therefore a little overcooked), ribollita (good but not special), good entrecote and tripe, the radicchio dish incomprehensible (there should have been chicory), good desserts. From a place like this I expect more. The open kitchen is beautiful but a little messy

Ottima cena, nel pieno centro storico di Prato. Il miglior sedano alla pratese secondo me si mangia qui. Ottimi anche i dolci. C’è un ampia scelta di piatti vegetariani e vegani

Ottimo posto dove si trova un'atmosfera piacevole e sileziosa, con ottimi piatti e un servizio da 10. Piatti semplici della tradizioni presentati bene e soprattutto realizzati bene con ottime materie prime. Carta dei vini completa e che non obbliga a scelte per forza onerose. Dolci veramente buoni. Il tutto offerto ad un prezzo corretto. Consiglio

such a beautiful little spot in prato for some really yummy and filling pasta and wine. the staff here are really approachable and kind, and the decor is so cute and quaint, reminiscent of the building’s old skeleton’s while staying seasonal and contemporary with its decor.

Osteria SU Santa Trinita

01/04/2024: I had lunch today at the Osteria S.Trinita, with friends who came from Milan. We found the tortelli stuffed with black cabbage with grana padano fondue and the veal meatballs, with olives and pecorino cheese, exquisite. Excellent, the tiramisu with chocolate cantuccini and vin santo.
31/03/2024: Had a great meal and at a fair price. The ossobuco is delicious but also the giants stuffed with lard and the cheesecake. Definitely coming back!

22/03/2024: Trattoria in a central position a stone's throw from the Duomo, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent quality food, pleasant discovery of the crescents. Excellent value for money . Super recommended
