Balabiòtt Gastropub In Domodossola

I had the opportunity to dine at Balabiòtt, a pub located in Domodossola, and I definitely want to share my excellent experience. During my visit, I had the opportunity to taste one of the delicacies of their cuisine: the "Vuncione" hamburger. I have to admit that its flavor was truly exceptional. Besides that, I got to delight in a craft beer called "Slimmer", which turned out to be a perfect choice to accompany my meal. The dinner was concluded with a homemade dessert, expertly prepared, which perfectly combined the taste of chocolate with pears. Every bite was a real delight for the palate. The Balabiòtt has a welcoming atmosphere and well-kept furnishings, creating a pleasant environment in which to spend an enjoyable evening. Furthermore, the staff was extremely kind and professional, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The choice of music further enriched the atmosphere of the venue. Overall, my experience at Balabiòtt was beyond expectations. I highly recommend this pub to anyone who is looking for a place to enjoy excellent food, great craft beer and spend pleasant evenings in a welcoming environment with friendly, professional staff. I'll be back soon!

Awesome place with super friendly staff. We loved the burgers and the beer which have the particularity of being made with local products! We highly recommend this restaurant and clearly we will come back without hesitation on our next visit.

Cenato in coppia al Balabiott che si definisce “gastropub”. In verità è una buona birreria con un buon assortimento di birre autoprodotte, taglieri, hamburgher e qualche proposta di primo e secondo. Il posto è allegro e attraente, con buona musica e staff giovane e coinvolgente, in centro a Domo. Preso due birre “Fiola” molto buone, due diverse tagliate, una da 200 e una argentina da 300 grammi. Peccato che la differenza di peso di quella argentina non si noti affatto ed è piccolina come l’altra! Buone ma con parecchio grasso. Ottime la montagna di patate con la buccia fritte. Note negative: i tavoli piccolini, senza tovaglia e un poco unti, non il massimo dell’igiene. Cucina non giudicabile: per stomaci forti e per chi si accontenta. Esperienza comunque piacevole, si sta bene. Prezzi medio alti.

Local in Domodossola near the center with excellent Balabiott beers (very good Sbrock, Parka and Rutamatt); at midday there is a convenient menu with carefully prepared dishes at advantageous prices, generous doses. The cleanliness of the services needs to be improved. Correct prices, fast and friendly service. I recommend everyone if in the area to take a tour to try some dishes. Hamburgers really well presented, plated and with really tasty side dishes.

Good pub food: pulled pork burger was fine, but very soggy bun, dippers (fries) ok. Service was friendly and relatively fast (20 min wait with most tables occupied). Tap beer tasted great, reasonably priced. Stools are VERY uncomfortable and you keep slipping off them, bad design. Some too bright lighting, did not appreciate the cigarette smoke coming in from the entrance every time someone closed / opened the door. Overall good value for money for this type of venue. Would visit again if in the area and choose another type of burger.
