A fantastic aperitif like this, I haven't had it in a while

Great bar with nice and friendly staff. Elegant aperitifs at a modest price.

I repeat the review to point out that Weiss beer is not served in the 0.4 lager glass but rather in its characteristic 0.5 glass that every Bavarian producer supplies, so either you don't know the fundamentals or you pay for 0.1 of beer and which makes me It seems impossible, so it would be better to fix the service. I stopped for a quick aperitif without booking and therefore no place to sit, however the guys in the room still let us sit at a table for a few minutes... so thank you. Excellent spritz. We didn't try the platters but the ones we passed were really interesting. I think they are worth trying. Cozy environment. Average prices

Well-known place in the center of Collecchio, a few km away. outside Parma. Spacious, completely renovated in recent years, it is an institution, always crowded with young and old for an aperitif, a quick lunch or breakfast. Evening in summer. then, it is difficult to find a seat outside. As for the cured meats, they are good, the seasoning is good, they mature the ham themselves and the quality of the selected products is high. The sandwich counter is very tempting, many and many flavours, sizes and types of bread, stuffed, plain, with cured meat and many others. But the dishes we took were not special, the gnocchi, and the cod, which was supposed to come with a side dish, then they didn't have it, and they brought it with mayonnaise, not even very well presented, the cod was stringy. It can happen, but it was a bit of a disappointment. Good wine cellar.
