This is not the classic dinner, but a fantastic culinary experience. Staff trained for both food and wines. Truly special and very elaborate dishes. Location located in a fantastic position on the shore of Lake Maggiore.. I recommend 👍

In a particular location that combines the intimacy of the environment with a spectacular lake view, this restaurant is 5 stars for the care and exaltation of flavors through non-banal dishes, served with skill by the Chef. Excellent wine list and friendly, punctual service. Price commensurate with the level. Excellent and recommended!!

Excellent risotto with mushrooms and then the pigeon served with broth was also exceptional. Nice owner, pity the place is a bit small and if full it becomes very remorseful

Pranzo con amici , ambiente confortevole,vista sul lago notevole in una giornata di sole. Antipasti ben presentati, risotto con animelle ottimo, agnello gustoso, dolci dallo zabaione al cannolo freschissimi. Un pranzo degno di nota.

Wir haben das Battipalo aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen ausgewählt und können nur bestätigen, dass dies eine sehr gute Wahl war. Danke an die Tripadvisor Community! Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl und willkommen. Das Degustationsmenue war vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang absolute Spitzenklasse. Vorweg gab es Grüße aus der Küche, einfach traumhaft. Man merkt sofort, hier ist jemand mit Spaß und Können bei der Sache. Dies gilt auch für den sehr sympathischen Chef und die Bedienung. Die empfohlenen offenen Weine (Autofahren) passten gut zum Menü. Erwähnenswert ist außerdem, dass es vor dem Battipalo reichlich Parkplätze gibt.

20/02/2024: Locale ben ambientato; personale molto cordiale e disponibile ad “accompagnarci”; infatti il titolare Paolo ci ha suggerito di accompagnare la nostra scelta di tagliere di salumi e formaggi seguiti dalla morbidissima tagliata, con una bottiglia di Boca Adele. Scelta azzeccatissima per il mix di nebbiolo con una parte di vespolina. Per San Valentino ci siamo poi “regalati” una bottiglia “pensiero d’amore” della cantina Bellia eccellente per accompagnare l’insuperabile tiramisù. Bravi e grazie!

21/03/2024: If you want to have a real Calabrian aperitif, this is just the right place. Nothing is missing on the table. Cold cuts of all types, cheeses, green and black olives and plenty of homemade wheat bread. Above all the excellent dark and light Calabrian craft beer and wine. All Calabrian products. A refrigerated counter full of cured meats, cheeses and desserts from the ancient traditions of Calabria. In the end, not the usual commercial bitters but all homemade. What about the owner? Welcoming like when you go to visit a relative or friend, always present at the table so you don't miss anything, ready to advise you on anything. I feel right at home at "Nduja".
11/03/2024: For lovers of spicy food it is the best, abundant platter of excellent wine all at more than fair prices. The very friendly and approachable managers make you feel at home.
