Fantastic place, fantastic welcome and even better food. I came on holiday from Friuli and having seen this restaurant sponsored on Instagram I couldn't miss the opportunity to come and eat there.
All the meat tasted really excellent, including appetizers.
I also took the wagyu served and cooked at the table by Nico a la carte, and I must compliment him for the information he provided us on the cut of the wagyu and for the excellent cooking! Joao at the checkout is very nice. I hope to return soon, Genoa will be my fixed stop every time I return!

Certain cuts of meat should be better evaluated by the chef during cooking so as not to let them dry out too much! The sausage must be to my taste, beautiful, succulent and tasty, it looked like chicken sausage...! And the duck cooked with orange and then on the spit is a bit like parmesan on spaghetti with lobster! The price of the bottle of water on tap needs to be reviewed in my opinion!

Sufficient quality of meat and excellent preparation.
Perfect location, nothing to complain about, elegant and well-kept place.
Truly impeccable service nothing to envy of starred restaurants I have visited, sincere compliments to all the dining staff.

All perfect! Truly delicious meat, cooked to perfection, served with various side dishes and typical Brazilian condiments. The location is very beautiful and well-kept and the staff is very attentive and always kind. Go there on an empty stomach to be able to savor every course.
Smoked scamorza is a delicious treat!
