Bigna' e Carru In Belvì

Compliments to the chef and the dining room staff, we had lunch on Sunday 24 March 2024, there were four of us and we had 2 land appetizers with good cured meats and cheeses, four portions of macaronis de busa with provola cheese and bacon, plenty of it! Two mixed grills and baked potatoes, a mixed salad, 3 desserts and three coffees spent around 30 euros each, a very honest price! Good food, quiet atmosphere.

We ate for lunch and were very satisfied. Everything delicious and genuine, nice and friendly staff.

An unforgettable weekend in Belvì I was in Belvì on 16 and 17 December 2023, on the occasion of the events organized by the municipality and local associations. I went with a group of friends, nature and adventure enthusiasts. Bigna' e Carru, a point of reference During our stay, we frequented the Bigna' e Carru restaurant, which is located in the main square of the town. The restaurant offers typical Sardinian and national cuisine, with both meat and fish dishes. We ate there several times a day, taking advantage of the various services that the restaurant offers. In the morning, we had a rich breakfast with croissants, cakes, coffee and fruit juice. At midday, we had aperitifs with various appetizers, beer and wine. In the evening, we had an excellent aperitif Everything was delicious and plentiful, the service was fast and courteous, and the place was clean and welcoming. We felt like we were at home. Barbagia Adventure, an event not to be missed The most exciting moment was when we tried the cableway, a fixed structure that allows you to slide along 100 meters of steel cables at a height of 20 metres, between the Main Square, passing through the Belvì War Memorial, right down to speed towards the amphitheater. It was a fantastic and exciting experience, which made us feel free and happy. The cableway is managed by the Canyoning in Gallura Association, which provided us with all the equipment and instructions necessary to fly safely. They were all very kind and professional. An experience to be repeated and recommended. Our weekend in Belvì was unforgettable. We discovered a country rich in history, culture and traditions, where the people are hospitable and friendly. We ate well, had fun and learned new things. We recommend everyone to visit Belvì and the Bigna' e Carru Bar Pizzeria Restaurant for its great human warmth, quality of products and courtesy of its representatives, not only but also to participate in its events, which are a unique opportunity to enter contact with nature and with oneself. We will definitely return, perhaps to taste the famous Belvì chestnuts and hazelnuts. Simple and discreet environment excellent typical dishes... I recommend the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms which are something wonderful as well as the "exquisite" locally produced sliced ​​beef... the courtesy, kindness and service of the "landlady" from a added touch to the overall opinion... excellent value for money, we will definitely return... I recommend it

Ottimi ravioli di patate di Gadoni e buonissima grigliata di carne di vitella con patatine fritte VERE! In chiusura raviolini fritti di patate da gustare con un po' di miele di castagne. Prezzo onesto. Ritornerò sicuramente
