05/04/2024: Recommended to visit? Absolutely, offering excellent cuisine paired with attentive, professional service. Reason for visiting? Dropped by for lunch during a tour of Trentino. My (subjective) impression of the restaurant and clientele: A delightful surprise to discover an upscale restaurant nestled deep within the village. While it leans more towards elegance than casual, I still felt at ease. Was the food delicious? Without a doubt, the pasta with rich Bolognese sauce was exquisite, and the Tagliata was grilled to perfection. Service style? Friendly, English-speaking, attentive, and professional. Top-notch. Price-performance ratio? Very reasonable; I settled the bill at €42 for primi platti, secondi, a beer, and coffee. Atmosphere? Tending towards elegance rather than casual. Not the typical spot for friends celebrating their latest hike, but perfect for a romantic evening or relaxed lunch with your partner. What did I particularly enjoy? The hearty pasta, typical of Trentino, was outstanding, as was the warmth of the service staff. You're greeted with genuine smiles. Would I visit again? Absolutely. Comments: Maintain the current setup; it's delightful as it is. ...and please add non-alcoholic beer to.the beverage menu. 🙂

29/03/2024: A nice surprise... Excellent well-presented dishes, very comfortable environment and attentive and kind service. Truly unmissable speck dumplings. Good value for money. Worth the return
