A beautiful visit to the brewery. The work needed to produce craft beers is explained in a simple and clear way. The tasting did nothing but confirm the quality of the work carried out by Birrificio 4 Mori

We absolutely recommend stopping by, especially after a visit to the mine (check opening days/times) as the brewery is located in the premises of the former power station. If possible, I recommend calling/emailing to book a visit to the brewery + tasting! Obviously delicious beers!

I knew their great beers but this was my first visit to the brewery, located in the former mines of Montevecchio. Great for a quick stop or a targeted visit.

20/11/2023: With the skyrocketing prices that are currently going around but above all with the quality that is lacking in the many well-known restaurants present here in Sardinia, I discovered this trattoria in Serramanna which has very homemade cuisine and is really of excellent quality, furthermore the prices are really cheap especially thinking about this historical period, continue like this, you are truly the best

23/01/2024: Excellent place, excellent and abundant dishes, excellent service, the only flaw is the excessive volume of the caraoche that is made, which does not give the possibility of chatting among us participants.
14/01/2024: Small refuge on the hills of Ussaramanna a stone's throw from a beautiful park where you can take a walk to admire the view. We ate homemade appetizers, excellent pickles and cured meats, delicious donkey and beef, Simonetta and Eugenio were kind and welcoming, recommended!
