The sandwiches and beers are delicious and of excellent quality! The staff, very kind and helpful. Even though I arrived very late and the kitchen was closing, they went out of their way to get me the sandwich I had chosen in advance. I'll be back, a thousand more times! I like dark places, overflowing with joy and youth! Well done! Long live Falstaff and always long live Verdi!

nice environment but unsuitable distance between tables. Right temperature. SERVICE: 3 girls, friendly, good, efficient and professional. Food: suitable for the price, medium/good quality, right portions. Well-executed preparation (I imagine a kitchen of good executors, not chefs, therefore discreet composition... I expected a little better) SORRY NOTES: NO PARKING GOOD BEERS BUT SIGNIFICANTLY OVERPRICED. TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE. Being a brewery I expect a lower price... VERY LOWER especially on 1 L mugs or carafes (50% less) PRICE: - sandwich: porco rokko €14, rating 6 and 1/2 (low rating not due to the creation) - beer: €12, quality rating 8 and 1/2 but it should cost around €6/7 in a pub... at most €9. - cover charge €2, honest. ——- TOTAL €28 overall rating out of 10… 7 and 1/2 right waiting times. Worth trying again... also because they say the desserts are very good.

Amazing food, excellent beer, lovely people working there, peanuts for free and great music! I wish I lived in Parma, then I could go there every week!

Del Birrificio Gregorio salvo l'atmosfera del locale, piacevole e rilassante, e il servizio, preciso e cortese. Non trovo più di mio gradimento i panini: salatissimi ( per sapore e per prezzo) e composti da un miscuglio di ingredienti che li rende difficilmente mangiabili fino alla fine; sicuramente il gusto e' soggettivo, d'altronde i tanti commenti positivi dimostrano che la maggioranza della clientela li apprezza e li gradisce, ma proverei a renderli meno "carichi". Birra sempre discreta. Prezzo medio per un panino e birra: 20€..altri tempi quando andare in una panineria era l'alternativa economica alla pizzeria.

Ci siamo fermati in questo pub di rientro da Milano, dopo aver visto tramite la loro pagina fb la vastità di hamburger e birre artigianali, prima di riprendere il viaggio verso casa. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dal gusto e dalla leggerezza dei prodotti di qualità presenti nell'hamburger (o Sarracin) serviti con patatine Chips. I prodotti gustosi e saporiti e abbinati perfettamente tra loro hanno reso la cena gustosa. Anche la loro cheesecake con il pistacchio mangiata a fine pasto ha dato quel tocco di dolcezza e di zuccheri che ci è servita per ripartire arrivare fino a casa, anche se avremmo voluto continuare ad assaggiare i loro panini 🍔 Chissà se riusciremo anche a provare la panna cotta fatta in casa con caramello alla birra (in quel momento non disponibile). Ovviamente il personale giovane, ha reso il servizio preciso e super veloce. Consiglio di prenotare tramite il loro sito per assicurarsi il posto, altrimenti tentare e aggiudicarsi un posto sul bancone in vero stile americano. 🍻
