Very high quality food (meat), wine and atmosphere. Business has been running by the family for 150 years. Highly recommended. Do book in Advance as you may not find a table.

必訪餐廳，牛排非常美味而且物超所值！ Extraordinary quality of steak, nice side dishes and good service, the price was also more than reasonable. Felt welcomed and definitely enjoyed the food! We waited for some time after making the orders, so make sure you are not in a rush. Would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have some great steak!

Highly recommended! Possibility of gluten-free burgers (excellent) and delicious meat. Best burrata and anchovies tartare I've ever eaten. Intimate and welcoming place with friendly and helpful staff. Terrible quality-price ratio. Definitely coming back! 😍🤤

Piccolo locale davanti al parcheggio per andare a Civita. Antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali che non hanno tradito le aspettative. La fiorentina non ha avuto l'effetto wow nonostante l'ottima qualità. Una cosa che non capisco è perché non fanno mai vedere il peso della carne al cliente. Sarebbe tutto piu' trasparente. Ti propongono kg. 1 .2 e poi paghi kg. 1.340, che sicuramente erano veri però... Servizio cordiale e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Location spartana Celere il servizio, con qualche pecca sui coltelli che ritengo decisivi in una bisteccheria. Buona la carne anche se non vi sono tutte quelle varietà che ci si potrebbe aspettare da una bisteccheria. Purtroppo la carne tende a freddarsi (come in quasi tutti i locali) e per quanto possa essere possibile, bisognerebbe trovare una soluzione oltre al riscaldamento del piatto (parzialmente efficace). Specificatamente non c’è brace, ma la cottura è giusta a richiesta dei vari gradi. Carta dei vini adeguata e con qualche sorpresa locale. Prezzo nella norma

06/04/2024: A welcoming place, with very friendly staff, excellent food, honest prices.
03/04/2024: Nice surprise! You eat what you have, today everything was good (white lasagne, pappardelle with white ragù, pork shank and potatoes with scamorza and asparagus) at modest prices. Friendly. Rustic and family atmosphere. Absolutely worth trying.
