In Roseto degli Abruzzi in the central area. Small cozy place, 24 seats, furnished in an informal style, ideal for spending an evening with friends or for a tea party; certainly what I appreciated is the presence of non-invasive background music and at the same time the possibility of talking without it even though there are other people in the room. The wine list is very rich and crosses national borders, offering a selection that ranges from Australia to Chile, passing through the famous France (bordeaux and champagne). The menu is periodically reviewed by the chef and offers a decent choice of starters, first courses and second courses. The cuisine focuses on local raw materials (guitar, pecorino, lamb, etc.) appropriately reworked in their processing without distorting them. A tasting itinerary is available. The service is well paced, for a pleasant dinner, between a chat, a sip of wine and a dish. Personally I plan to return as there are other dishes that have piqued my interest.

Il locale è raccolto con alcune sedute esterne. Pochi piatti che mostrano l'estro dello chef. Ci torno per la terza volta ma non ho trovato il feeling delle altre volte. Il servizio al tavolo è sempre asettico. Trovo una spina nel baccalà e mi sento dire che è normale poiché è un pesce spinoso. Chiedo un calice di vino bianco particolare e mi viene dato un fondo di bottiglia di un mediocre vino sconosciuto. Infine, una volta finito il piatto lo stesso viene lasciato al tavolo per troppo tempo. A parte i difetti del servizio ai tavoli abbiamo avuto anche problemi con la cucina. A parte la spina predetta, il crostone di polenta con baccalà mantecato è un piatto basico riuscito a metà non piacevole il contrasto tra polenta calda e baccalà freddo. Il baccalà 46° è il piatto peggiore, non ha carattere, il sapore non è pervenuto non ricorda i piatti di baccalà già degustati in precedenza. Di contro ho molto gradito la tagliata di scamone cbt con la perfetta cottura della carne e i sapori dolci e piccanti degli altri ingredienti. I prezzi sono nella media. Accettato il pagamento pos.

LANDMARK OF ABRUZZE CUISINE FANTASTIC1 My partner and I have returned several times from Rome in several years to this place and I must say that the local cuisine is expertly revisited by the mastery of Chef Francesco and the entire staff. The cuisine and its dishes are a guarantee and are worth a visit! Divine are the Verrigni fusilloni with three tomatoes and cod, the fried cheese in a pastry crust and ham powder, the "dissertation on a chicken with peppers" served in an original way, the Tuna Pecora, the fresh pasta buttons filled with smoked aubergines on a base of sheep's ricotta, almonds and basil. as well as an excellent well-stocked cellar and a location with a modern and unexpected mise en place. Excellent dining room staff. A stop not to be missed because chef Francesco manages to travel with all the senses through the Abruzzo region with his truly unmissable dishes. Restaurant that looks modern and like a wine bar. Focaccia with prosciutto is very good, so is the fried cheese and wine is outstanding. However I didn’t freak over they chittara dish and service was fair.

Siamo stati a cena per il mio compleanno e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della scelta delle pietanze che sono una riuscitissima fusione di tradizione e rivisitazione che ci ha entusiasmato.ottimo anche il vino scelto da noi. Ci riandremo sicuramente per gustare altri piatti.
