Very good pizza both in the dough and in the particular filling. The staff is very kind and very professional. The peculiarity is that you eat only and exclusively with your hands! I highly recommend it

Very good pizza, unique experience to repeat

Particular flavors, with extraordinary combinations, never tasted before. The pizza with a high edge is very light and highly digestible. The desserts tasted were also made with spicy and very tasty creams. The most important rule is: you only eat your hands! Advised!

We are lovers of Gourmet Pizza, our expectations were high, especially as presented by other good masters of the art of pizza making. From our very recent experience our expectations were partly disappointed. Service perceived as approximate and "fundamentalist" at the same time: the round pizzas: "Praise to the Maestro" and "Dark Side of the Bob" (good and excellent respectively) arrive in 4 segments, there are 3 of us, for the 4th segment we are forced to divide it into "do it yourself" , to our request to cut it in 6 or give us some cutlery, the response was: it can't be done!! ; We choose one of the two Gaglioppo wines proposed to us, but in fact a Merlot then arrived. The falling pizza "Pecora Verde" although good but with a strongly bitter and salty aftertaste, the report fell into total indifference, which with the sense of fullness that occurred literally did not allow us to continue the dinner with another pizza "The new side of Bob”. The desire then was to leave the table free to the perceived pressure from the service. It would have taken very little to leave us with a different, better and richer moment.

con un servizio - di comodo - percepito a tratti “integralista” e approssimativo allo stesso tempo . Nelle nostre abitudini c’è la passione per la buona cucina incluse le pizza gourmet . Le nostre aspettative erano alte, soprattutto per come ci era stato presentato da un apprezzato bravo maestro dell’arte pizzaiola . Dalla nostra recentissima esperienza quelle aspettative sono state in parte deluse . Siamo in tre , in programma un percorso di degustazione : Mono - Tonde - Pizza in caduta e The new side of Bob . Le tonde : “Lode al Maestro” ( buona ) e “Dark side of the Bob” ( Ottima !! ), sono tagliate in 4 spicchi il 4º spicchio l’abbiamo diviso in fai da te , alla nostra richiesta se fosse possibile tagliarla in 6 o darci delle posate, la brusca risposta : qua è così !! non si può fare !!!. Vino ordiniamo uno dei due gaglioppo propostoci dal servizio durante l’ordinazione, di fatto è arrivato un Merlot ( buono ) che poco si “sposava” con le pizze scelte . La pizza in caduta “Pecora Verde” sebbene buona (ottima la carne assaggiata da sola) ma dal retrogusto pervasivo molto amaro e salato, l’immediata segnalazione è caduta nell’indifferenza più totale, che con il senso di pienezza (strano) intervenuto non ci hanno letteralmente permesso di proseguire la cena con un’altra pizza “The News side of Bob” . La voglia poi è stata quella di lasciare libero il tavolo al percepito incalzare da parte del servizio . Sarebbe bastato veramente poco per lasciarci un diverso miglior e più ricco momento .

Pizza ottima, io ho preso tipo napoletana, impasto soffice, condimento con materie prime di prim'ordine. Locale di livello (non è facilissimo prenotare a causa delle molte presenze ogni giorno), menù con pizze anche fuori dall'ordinario, prezzo equiparato all'offerta.
