Bollicine Wine In Battipaglia

Abbiamo provato questo ristorante incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni sui vari portali gastronomici . La cena è stata sotto le nostre aspettative . Partiamo innanzitutto dai vari piatti presenti in menu sia di terra che di mare optiamo per il mare scegliendo un fuori menu’ come antipasto : un fritto di alici in varie consistenze e un secondo sempre come antipasto zafferano x3 quest’ ultimo era un filetto di pesce spada impanato con semi di papavero su crema di zafferano e crosta di zafferano piatto ambizioso ma il filetto era cotto più del dovuto tanto che era difficile mandar giù quindi no . Poi abbiamo scelto 2 primi un aglio olio e tonno affumicato questo davvero ottimo mentre la mia compagna ha scelto una cacio e pepe con tartare di gambero …. L’ unica cosa che ci è stato consegnato un tonnarello cacio e pepe con un gambero di lato pertanto la tartare abbiamo dovuto crearla noi con la forchetta spezzettando la coda di gambero …….. ma la nota peggiore di tutte è stata con il vino , abbiamo scelto un monte rossa prima couve perché ci piace molto il franciacorta . Il ragazzo che ha preso la comanda ci ha chiesto come mai questa scelta e noi abbiamo risposto che siamo amanti del franciacorta e gli ho rigirato la domanda : come mai mi ha fatto questa domanda ? E lui in maniera disgustata mi ha risposto che con 10 euro in più avrei dovuto prendere uno champagne e che ormai è una causa persa con tutti … beh li ho tentennato per alzarmi ed andarmene . Comunque passano circa 10 min e vedo che aprono e chiudono tutti i frigoriferi e parlano tra loro intanto il vino non arriva quindi intuisco che il vino scelto non c’ era e appunto il ragazzo viene dopo qualche minuto a dircelo invitandoci a cambiarlo con un etichetta della stessa casa produttrice non indicandoci il prezzo ma la cosa peggiore di tutte è che avevamo scelto uno spumante metodo classico e ci è stato servito un metodo classico ma rifermentato praticamente tutta un altra cosa. Conclusioni le materie prime sono ottime il problema è la saccenza che abbonda

Splendido posto, cucina ben fatta ,spettacolare carta dei vini e personale giovane educato e preparatissimo. Mi hanno accompagnato in un percorso enogastronomico curato nei minimi dettagli senza mai fare un errore. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da ritornarci più e più volte!

Stopping only for the lunch break, we enjoyed truffle gnocchi, pumpkin and gorgonzola cream gnocchi and two other first courses, all of excellent quality. Not to mention the very high quality cold cuts platter. We will definitely be back.

Romantic dinner for 2 people highly recommended! Let's start with the restaurant: welcoming and well-kept with a very suggestive glass-fronted wine cellar. The gem, however, is the menu: from the meat tartare to the rice and mushrooms with liquorice powder... superlatives! Not least the wine (let Luigi advise you!!) and the dessert... to end on a high note! Advised? Absolutely yes! Well done guys!!

An experience to absolutely repeat

Place absolutely beyond expectations. A wonderful combination of modern and classic lines. Good wine cellar and truly impeccable and unmissable pairing with the bubbles. From appetizers to desserts, everything is of superior quality and the staff is absolutely prepared and helpful in explaining each dish: you have the opportunity to try unique dishes and refined ingredients. A dinner with fantastic friends closes the circle of a superior location. Highly recommended.

Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Sind aufgrund der guten Bewertungen in dieses Lokal gegangen und wurden nicht enttäuscht, ganz im Gegenteil. Das Service war fachkundig, sehr freundlich und hat uns sowohl bei Wein als auch Essen ausgezeichnet beraten. Nach der Tagliere und 2 wunderbaren Beef Tatar Varianten waren wir von der Qualität des Essens so überzeugt, dass wir uns weiter durchkosten wollen. Der Besitzer des Lokals, der uns bediente, bot an, uns ein paar Dinge zum probieren zu bringen, wir willigten natürlich ein. Als u.a. Kaviar und Wagyu beef an den Tisch kamen, waren wir kurz besorgt, ob wir nach dieser Rechnung den Urlaub abbrechen müssten. Aber völlig umsonst, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mehr als fair und als krönenden Abschluss zeigte uns Luigi noch sein Herzstück, den begehbaren Weinkühlschrank, inklusive Erklärungen. Wir fühlten uns den gesamten Abend sehr wohl und willkommen, fast schon wie gute Bekannte und waren sehr traurig, dass wir den geplanten zweiten Abend in diesem Lokal nicht wahrnehmen konnten. Kurz: klare Empfehlung!!!
