Excellent structure immersed in the countryside, excellent service. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, very nice and spacious. High level dinner with attentive and courteous service, as well as the spa service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place, surrounded by nature and well looked after. Attentive and kind staff, without ever being intrusive. Delicious dinner with excellent raw materials followed by entertainment with the singer-songwriter Andrea Gioia who gave us many emotions. In short: everything perfect, highly recommended!

I was given a smartbox as a gift a few years ago and, considering the solutions proposed, wellness centers were in the clear minority. My eye fell on the Relais of Borgo San Faustino and, let me tell you, the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the structure itself and the landscape. Completely surrounded by greenery, it is equipped with large, super-heated rooms given this humid and still slightly cold March, and the tranquility you can breathe is priceless. The reception is low but they make up for it with the WiFi present in every room. The restaurant is equipped with windows, allowing a breakfast with an unparalleled window onto nature, especially when the fog is still low, creating a magical and surreal atmosphere. It is also equipped with an outdoor swimming pool which can be used in hot periods and access to the spa is well signposted. The girls at the spa were super nice, allowing us who had arrived a little late to make up for lost time. Needless to say, the gem is the hydromassage tub which looks directly outwards, allowing you to enjoy the landscape in full relaxation, with soft lights, a heated environment and highly pleasant background music. I'm sorry I didn't have a few more days to organize a tasting in the cellar or a meal at the restaurant, a good incentive to return ;) Small note of thanks to the girl at the reception who was sweet and kind that is difficult to find nowadays. If you need to disconnect from the routine and stress of everyday life, take the car, arrive at the Relais San Faustino and let yourself be pampered by the staff and nature itself. You will return home with a whole new charge and energy!

Avevamo provato anni fa la Spa, molto bella. Questo weekend abbiamo provato il ristorante. Staff gentile e premuroso. Piatti di alto livello con prezzi nella media. Consiglio la Faraona con fegatini , ottima.

Struttura immersa nel verde, luogo molto tranquillo, fa il suo effetto. Per arrivare la strada è un po' tortuosa e vicino non c'è quasi nulla, tutto sommato però si respira un po' di tranquillità! La nostra camera era un po' piccola ma confortevole, a mio vedere per una struttura così bella, dovrebbero fare più attenzione ai dettagli. La TV era davvero piccolissima, il condizionatore un po' vecchiotto, la manopola della doccia un po' incrostata... Tutto funzionava però è pure giusto rimanere al passo con i tempi. Una delle cose che proprio non ci è piaciuta è stato il percorso spa: una delle docce emozionali perdeva acqua, la stanza del ghiaccio non abbiamo ancora capito il suo utilizzo (era una stanza leggermente più fresca rispetto all'ambiente ma niente di che), per non parlare della piscina... Acqua caldissima che dopo un po' faceva caldo e piena di cloro... Dopo 3 shampoo ancora non andava via! Inoltre il percorso finiva alle 16, e alle 15:55 la ragazza responsabile della Spa è entrata senza neanche bussare dicendo che il percorso era finito e dovevamo andare via (saremmo usciti in autonomia, sapevamo l'orario di fine). Che dire, tutto sommato lo consiglio, percorso spa sicuramente da rivedere, ma secondo me in giro c'è di meglio! Personale comunque gentile, sono stato carini a spostarci le date per un imprevisto che avevamo avuto, facendoci recuperare i soldi. Colazione buona e abbondante.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un weekend presso questo centro lontano dal caos e dai rumori. Discreta accoglienza, piacevoli massaggi e poi... ottima cucina.

Bellissima location poco fuori Orvieto . Silenzioso hotel immerso nel verde . Curato e bellissimo . Ottima la colazione . Super abbondante : prodotti deliziosi . Meravigliose piscine . Servizio attento e curato .

Ristorante di livello in un contesto davvero bello. Ottime materie prime utilizzate, cortesia e velocità dello staff, carta di vini ampia sono le qualità migliori. Davvero difficile trovare difetti o migliorie.
