I visited the Nespresso store in Monza on November 5, 2023. I was overall satisfied with the experience. The shop is located in a central location, easily reachable on foot. The environment is modern and welcoming, with a wide selection of Nespresso products. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes, but the time passed quickly thanks to the courtesy of the employees. Overall, I recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality Nespresso coffee.
