Braceria in the square in the historic center of Carovigno, a place with attention to the smallest details with characteristic stone vaults, meat of exceptional quality, a vast choice of bombette, sausage and matured meat. The appetizers and delicacies such as meatballs, both fried and baked chips are a must while waiting for the meat. The wine list is wide and complete, from whites, to rosés and reds, there is a vast choice of wineries with exclusively quality proposals. The staff is the icing on the cake, professional and always available for every customer request, ready to make you feel as if you were at home. I consider it hands down the best barbecue place in the province, indeed probably in the whole of Puglia. I go back whenever I can.

The place is not exceptionally spacious, but overall there is a pleasant atmosphere; good food, fresh, well cooked, good meat: cooked right. Courteous staff.

Super amazing place! This is a great place where to enjoy some typical Puglia’s dishes! Amazing meats! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Great choice of wines and great atmosphere. Thanks for the great hospitality. I will be back soon!

Era la prima volta che si cenava in una Braceria salentina e abbiamo avuto un ottima impressione. Tutto buono dal filetto alle bombette , strepitose . Proprietario gentile e molto simpatico che ti mette a tuo agio. Conto nella norma , cenato all’esterno a due passi dalla piazzetta di Carovigno
