Cenato a metà dicembre durante una visita nella bellissima città di Bologna. Ristorante caratteristico, in zona San Vitale, dove si alterna una buona cucina del territorio con della bella musica. Quella sera c’era la brava cantante Christelle Pascal con il suo gruppo che ha allietato la nostra serata con canzoni natalizie. Cena ottima , dall’antipasto con specialità di salumi e formaggi locali, ai passatelli con guanciale e crema di parmigiano, alla cotoletta alla Petroniana e ai dolci. Gentile e mai invadente il personale.

locale molto carino, caldo e accogliente, tipico di quando fai musica dal vivo (per cui si paga un supplemento giusto e meritato); i piatti sono davvero buoni (provati tortellini e involtini di melanzane ottimi!) ; l'acustica davvero buona; personale garbato e simpatico, prezzi nella media; consigliatissimo!

28/03/2024: Nice simple place and relaxing atmosphere. Very kind staff. The food is carefully prepared. I highly recommend trying the first courses on the menu, not just the mixed plate. **Ravioli with squid ink stuffed with cod on courgette cream and lemon zest** (photo), truly sublime!! The tortelloni are also very good. The grass is also excellent. Arrive early to search for parking.
18/03/2024: Compliments!!! At Cinque Sapori there is a group of young people, passionate and knowledgeable in what they do! At home I cook with vegetable ingredients, respecting seasonality and seeking local quality. It's very difficult for me to be satisfied with a restaurant experience, and to think "I'll come back here to try something else", while I'm still sitting enjoying the dessert..... (A very creamy no cruelty tiramisu) I found rich and chosen flavours, a non-invasive flavor and an excellent combination in the mixed vegan dish!! Not to mention the little girl who devoured the ravioli and ice cream! Smile and courtesy of table service Bright environment Absolutely worth trying for those who shy away from macrobiotics Elena
