Sunday is always a day dedicated to rest, physical and mental. brewbay is the ideal place to work off your weekly stress the strictly artisanal beers of their own production cover a range of tastes that it will be impossible not to find your own beer, I personally always recommend the cerexia, English-style beer and gas test. the food, outside the usual canons, surprises with its explosion of tastes and variety. the guys in the kitchen always know how to pamper the palate the staff, it feels like being at home, always smiling and available and what is not to be taken for granted in Cagliari, they speak multiple languages! all seasoned with excellent vinyl music that ranges from rock to jazz with a bit of trash that I personally love! EXTRAORDINARY!!!! If you want to be accompanied with grace and preparation in a gastronomic experience, take a seat at BREW BAY and let yourself be transported among fantastic beers produced according to their recipe and dishes that amaze from time to time right up to the dessert... the revisitation of the pardula. Maybe because when you get there you've already drunk at least a liter and a half of beer, but you're moved by how good it is. Everything is truly incredible and even some small defects are overcome: the aperitif is too focused on beers, the culinary accompaniment could be improved given the skills of the chef: you can't imagine the potential of dinner. IPA and APA beers are award-winning, stouts on the other hand are difficult; the dry has too much acid from the cherries and the black is demanding. Stouts must be tasted at a 0.2 before venturing into the 0.40 which can get boring. To try and try again.

Decent choice of beer here, and the music was banging - Nirvana on vinyl, loud. But my beer was super cloudy, like chicken soup cloudy, and tasted like the bottom of the barrel. No finesse or freshness in the beer whatsoever. A shame, as the vibe of the place is good, and I really wanted to drink a decent beer.

Nice spot in a frequented and chill area of town to sit down and have a drink. Great craft beers on tap, accompanied by good food and exceptionally friendly staff. We'll come back for sure!
