We celebrated our 12th year anniversary dinner at Burro Salato and we are glad we did.
Food is amazing, they deserve a Michelin star! The best food we have eaten in Matera!

You are in Matera but you might feel like you are in Paris. The environment is nice and welcoming. Isabella, a professional and elegant hostess who captivates you by talking about the chosen products, recipes and wines. Agostino is a chef who creates delicacies by combining traditional Lucanian cuisine and typical French dishes. A mandatory stop if you stay in Matera. ♥️

Gentilezza, cortesia e piatti buonissimi. Cucina tradizionale rivisitata in chiave interessante, al fine di esaltarne i sapori. Veramente tutto molto interessante. Ottimi vini locali. Veramente consigliato.

Une cuisine maîtrisée , des plats bien présentés , très bons. Service efficace et aimable , pas de vue sur les sassis mais cadre agréable et belle vaisselle.
Un des nos meilleurs dîners lors de notre séjour dans les Pouilles et le Basilicate et le meilleur à Matera.
