Excellent food, I absolutely recommend the meatballs with tomato sauce (made by them) and polenta. The braised meat was also excellent and I highly recommend the zabaglione mousse for dessert! It's a bit of a shame for the small and not very intimate environment, but the style of the restaurant was appreciated. Absolutely recommended anyway!!

Great welcome it was our son's birthday we had not reserved the restaurant was full and despite this they found us a location where we were able to taste with delight the Piedmontese specialties thank you to the whole team we will not miss you to retain

The place is well-kept and particular, as is the owner Benny and his boys. The cuisine was delicious, we tasted polenta and meatballs, tripe and a trio of starters. truly a well-kept and very particular location....as soon as you enter you immediately breathe the air of an inn like it used to be but with touches of modernity. I ate upstairs and I found the chessboard roof with the chess pieces attached upside down to the ceiling very cute...let's move on to the food: excellent and in generous portions...the polenta is recommended! I recommend getting there by funicular, leaving your car under Biella. You will find it in front of you once you arrive at the Piazzo. to come back!

Locale rustico e alla buona ma questa è proprio la sua forza . L'ambiente è accogliente con arredamento vintage che ben si abbina al tipo di cucina offerto. Niente piatti complicati ma sani e corposi piatti di una volta ..vitello tonnato come si deve fare non destrutturato come si usa ora ..polenta in molte diverse declinazioni sempre gustose ..dolci fatti in casa..insomma quasi un salto indietro nel tempo ai pranzi domenicali in famiglia. Il servizio rapido nonostante l'affollamento e personale gentile completano la positiva impressione. Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo mai esagerato.

Ristorantino sito all'arrivo della funicolare nel belissimo (ma bistrattato da chi lo amministra che non fa rispettare le regole e dagli automatilisti che non le rispettano) quartiero del Piazzo a Biella, unisce la forma alla sostanza. Forma: simpatico e caratteristico sin da fuori, ancor di più dentro con installazioni, colori, gentilezza nel servizio e un ambiente che ti fa sentire proprio a tuo agio. Sostanza: cucina piemontese veramente gradevole, abbiamo provato due tipi di antipasti (menzioni speciali per tomini, zucchini in carpione, capricciosa ma tutto veramente buono), polenta con gorgonzola, polenta con salsicciotti di Bra e tometta biellese, brasato di scamone marinato veramente morbido e delicato, bunet e tirami su; niente che non ci abbia soddisfatto con alcune cose veramente buone. Conto per tutto questo più due bottiglie d'acqua e un quartino di barbera Vinchio Vaglio 90 euro, prezzo corretto. Cinque pallini non li do spesso, ma questa trattoria li merita tutti perché se li merita: da tornarci assolutamente per provare la bistecca in carpione e altre perle della vera cucina piemontese, oltre che per un ambiente veramente simpatico.
