Very nice restaurant, probably one of the most elegant in the area. An eye on tradition with also innovative and experimental combinations. Absolutely try the Gavi risotto, the best ever. Vast wine list, with quality bottles for all budgets, let us advise you, and a truly fascinating historic cellar. In summer the internal courtyard is an oasis.

3d year we are coming to Gavi on a way to France and having dinner at this restaurant... Simply Amazing! Always great good, quality of products, friendly service, absolutely the best restaurant in the area, not just for tourists. We live 5 years in Italy and it's one of the best restaurants, for quality, taste of each dish and great service in Italy! Bravo to all team!

Ambiente raffinato e riso ottimo,poca chiarezza sui taglierini al tartufo visto che sul menù sono scritti così si pensa che la grattata "consigliata" sia facoltativa mentre in realtà è praticamente obbligatoria visto che quando arriva il piatto di tartufo non sembra essercene.

Ottima atmosfera e menù, i primi di pasta fresca mi hanno lasciato qualche dubbio, soprattutto i tagliolini al tartufo: la grattata di tartufo che viene messa quando sono serviti è inclusa o a parte? Perché se è a parte il piatto diventa tagliolini e basta, se è inclusa non dovrei trovarla nel conto. Il signore che mi ha servito (da come parlava credo fosse il proprietario) ha aggiunto una seconda grattata di tartufo dicendo "voglio che i miei clienti lo sentano". Non avendolo chiesto ho pensato che facesse parte dell' impiattamento, ma sul conto ho trovato 30 euro di grattata extra di tartufo.
Suggerisco di correggere la voce nel menu da "facoltativa" a "a discrezione del personale".

Второй раз в этому году в этом ресторане. Волшебное место. В полном восторге - начиная от обслуживания и заканчивая вкуснейшей кухней. Потрясающий повар - отдельное уважение за вкусные и прекрасно сервированные блюда. Очень рекомендую к посещению!!!! В следующий визит непременно планируем посетить. 😍😘❤️
