We spent our last evening at Palazzo Guglielmo in the hotel's own restaurant. We had so much fun with our waitress Katjuscha (I hope I wrote down her name correctly here) that for a moment I had the feeling that we were filming with a hidden camera. Katjuscha is more of an entertainer than a waitress and the evening was simply fantastic. Oh well, there was also food and drink and there wasn't the slightest thing to complain about. Everything very tasty! Kind regards from Angelo and thank you very much for this experience!

Locale molto curato, ordinato e pulito con diversi tavoli all'aperto. Ottima cucina e buona scelta di vini (tanti locali). Siamo andati due volte perchè volevamo assaggiare alcune cose ma le porzioni erano troppo abbondanti per permetterci di provare in una sola sera! Personale gentilissimo composto prevalentemente da ragazze giovanissime ed estremamente accoglienti. Tutto perfetto.

Consigliato vivamente!!! Molto facile da raggiungere, si può parcheggiare senza problemi nelle vicinanze. Il posto ha una sua eleganza minimalista con un giardino accogliente e silenzioso. Le pietanze molto gustose con materie prime di qualità e lavorate con rispetto. Il personale molto discreto e preparato, ci è stato consigliato un vino molto gradevole. La cena con cucina espressa ci ha offerto tutta la calma di gustare il luogo e il cibo. Se avete fretta e il palato foderato di carta vetrata non è il vostro posto.

Grazioso ristorante in centro a Vignacastrisi. Ottima cucina, prodotti di qualità. Personale giovane molto gentile. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Bella location nel centro del paese all’interno di una sorta di albergo diffuso, davvero affascinante. Abbiamo cenato sotto al gazebo estivo con in atmosfera rilassante. Pietanze ottime preparate con cura, in particolare le crudités di gamberi e le tartare di pesce, davvero ottime e abbondanti. Anche la frittura di pesce e le cozze erano ottime! Carta dei vini un po’ scarsina, ma per il resto consigliatissimo! Conto assolutamente nella norma!

Conoscevo questo ristorante dal 2021. Ritengo a mio avviso è gusto ci sia stato un calo nella qualità ed attenzione dei piatti… spero in una risalita

Location curata e particolare, personale molto gentile e attento alle esigenze della clientela. Piatti curati, presentati in modo decorato ma soprattutto buoni, cucinati con ingredienti di qualità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo superato!

02/03/2024: We came across it by chance, during a walk back to the car we found Amedeo's and we decided to stop, We were immediately seated by the super friendly chef who showed us the fresh fish and helped us with the choice and I must say everything was super delicious, good and so on and so forth. The fish starter is beautiful to look at and is good, very good The first is this pasta in a tomato fish soup, again nothing to say, fantastic and then the second is baked fish but not as simple as I imagined, this one is also full of colours, taste And finally the dessert Really delicious Thank you
12/12/2023: Near the Aragonese castle, in the historic center, pleasant environment, dominated by white, consisting of a bar, room for about 50 seats, and equipped garden behind with pergola for the summer heat, the menu naturally talks about the sea, always fresh fish, but if necessary the chef is next to you to satisfy every kind of request, staff very attentive to customers, so all you have to do is go and sit at the table, an appointment is required.
