We loved our meal at Cesarino 36! We found the service to be very personal and kind. The decor has many loving and thoughtful touches. The food was wonderful: a lasagna with rúcula in it, and the bombetta- a regional specialty; both delicious as was the tiramisu! Don't miss this hidden gem!

110 cum laude - enter without hesitation. We stopped by randomly while passing by. It is 2 km away from the Castellana Caves. Room furnished in a very particular way and with great care and taste. The owners are husband and wife, he in the dining room and she is chef in the kitchen. Excellent welcome and customer attention. Excellent dishes. Menu of local dishes revisited with care and good choice. The wines are also well recommended. Confirm all the excellent previous reviews and also the photos. The restaurant is only open for lunch. It will be a must for the next time and recommended to friends.

An experience that I will truly remember forever. A very characteristic place, refined, classy and made with truly great taste. A truly excellent owner and waiter, respectable, humble and kind. Sensational food, excellent raw material! Fair price. In short, I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

On Sunday 18 February 2024, after having admired, the day before, the beautiful parade of Carnival floats in nearby Putignano (BA), we went for lunch, for the second consecutive year, at this excellent restaurant. The couple who run the place (he the room manager, she the chef) welcomed us not as simple guests, but rather as if we were their family members. Numerous and exquisite appetizers served, which, more than appetizers, I would define as "works of art". There was everything, more on that table: stuff to rub your eyes!!! We then moved on to the first course, the second course and finally the dessert, remaining increasingly amazed by the quality, presentation and variety of the dishes served. After all, these are the splendid results when there is a TOP dining room manager and a TOP Chef in the kitchen. What can I say: we can't wait to return to this fantastic restaurant again and, in the meantime, we highly recommend it to all lovers of 100% made in Italy and 100% top quality food. Great place! Very inconspicuous from the outside, at first I wondered whether it was really open (I was here in February, around 1 p.m.) and whether it was possible to eat inside (the "take away" sign confuses), but luckily I went in and absolutely didn't. I regretted it. It's a place where you feel truly welcomed. The host was very nice, the atmosphere was very homely and very nice and of course, most importantly, the food was very tasty. All the dishes we ordered were very good. I highly recommend it, especially if you will be visiting the Grotte do Castellana

Pietanze perfette, servizio ok. Ho scritto quasi perfetto perché insomma coperto 3 euro per una tovaglietta di carta è un po' troppo. Per il resto i prezzi sono consoni a quanto offerto.

We stopped at Cesarino 36 for lunch, based on the nice reviews, but everything there (food, wine, service) exceeded our expectations. Not only the typical Puglian orecchiette were delicious, they were perfectly accompanied by a local Susumaniello red wine, suggested by Pietro. Desert was also amazingly tasty and fresh and the homemade myrtle liqueur is sooo good! The atmosphere was great, even on a Thursday at noon, nice decor, good music, impeccable service.
